The bathroom has a twin shower and spa bath. There is a private deck on one side and courtyard on the other. Access to the pool is available during daylight hours. Come down south in the off season. This is an established farming property which I have owned for three decades. It is an easy drive 2 hours south from Perth. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. This is a registered B&B with the City of BUSSELTON since 2019.
