Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!
