House vacation rentals in Dunas de Marapé

It was a perfect stay, the house accommodated our family very well. All rooms with plenty of comfort, and privacy. Pool is wonderful. The condominium is very safe, and the gym is well equipped. From the first contact with Katianne, she was always very responsive to us. It was undoubtedly an unforgettable trip, we'll be back.

Quiet place,safe and family atmosphere. Excellent location to get to know Maceió Centro and the beaches of the South Coast,about 20 min.... Place we will recommend to friends and family. obs:We are grateful for the flexibility of check in and check out.

Great place Location: The house is a few minutes walk from the beach and the village of Francês, and it is easy to walk to and from, even at night. I recommend walking to and from, as the traffic on the beach is bad and parking was complicated. Coming and going on foot was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find plates, glasses, cups and keep everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue, too. Although one room did not have air conditioning, it was not hot because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage can accommodate up to 3 small cars. But 2 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!

Our stay was great! The atmosphere is quiet, the kitchen is super equipped and we feel totally at ease. We were 6 people and all were well accommodated. I highly recommend!

Best experience we had at this carnival. Eduardo very helpful and always on standby when we had some kind of hindrance, the very helpful porters, in particular a little man who helped us with a problem we had with the pet in the early hours. The house is great, for sure we will want to go back. Well located, just a few minutes from the proper bathing area, we have nothing to complain about.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach, which made our days even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the place is super cozy, with a charming decoration and all the details well taken care of. Also, both the host and the housekeeper were extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help us with what we needed. We feel very welcome and we are sure to come back at the next time. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a special place to rest and enjoy the coast!

I was extremely well received by Martin. I spent a week staying at his house and several times I needed to get in touch to ask for tips on restaurants, employees, among others and he always proved to be super helpful and quick to respond. The house is wonderful, well equipped with appliances, air-conditioning, barbecue, endless kitchen utensils, cooler, complete china and many other devices that make the experience much easier and more enjoyable. In addition, the house faces the sea, it is a paradise. We were very pleased with every detail of the stay!

Wonderful stay, it felt like home. The very polite host responded with agility, always willing to resolve and answer any questions. The house very comfortable, clean, airy, close to the sea. I felt very well received, I thought it was very thoughtful that they left liquid Saturday in all the bathrooms, detergent, sponge, bed and bath games well positioned. I loved it! My family and I had a truly wonderful stay in this peaceful, secluded part of Barra de São Miguel, surrounded by palm trees and the river. It genuinely feels like you’re experiencing some of the very best Brazil has to offer. The house looks exactly like the photos—beautifully decorated and equipped with all the comforts we needed. Even with eight of us, we felt completely comfortable. One of the highlights was the delicious local meals prepared by Jena—highly recommended! The only suggestion we’d make for future guests is to consider offering a daily boat ride to and from the beach, as the alternative is traveling there by car.

We stayed with family for a weekend and everything was perfect, the house is just like the photos, very spacious, ventilated, great rooms, everything working perfectly, very good leisure area, we enjoyed it too much. Dunas de Marapé needs no comment... the place is very beautiful. We were received with affection and Dona Claudete is an attentive and friendly person... she informed us about places we could visit, where to shop and was always ready to answer questions and meet our request. We even got mangoes and acerola right from the tree. Thank you, Dona Claudete! The stay was wonderful...

The house is amazing, spacious, full of household utensils. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach that is just ahead is beautiful and safe for bathing. The hostess is very proactive, always answered me very quickly, answering all the questions. Seu Daniel, the homemaker, was also very attentive. I highly recommend the stay!
