The apartment is located on our property and was completed in 2003 (partially renovated 2020). It is divided into kitchen, shower room, living and sleeping room. The bungalow has a size of 40 square meters. From the centrally located kitchen, you can access the living and sleeping room directly as well as the bathroom. In front of the bungalow, in the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a cozy gazebo with seating in a lawn, which invites you to linger, extensive breakfast outdoors and barbecue evenings.

Jump into the lake and leave your holiday feeling relaxed, nourished and loved.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. For rent is a vacation apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city center is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes you are on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (to the train station on foot approx. 5 minutes). The nearest grocery store is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. An opportunity for an extra bed is provided.

The Baltic Sea beach is easily accessible on foot. There are also shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
