Don Jorge was very clear with the arrival instructions, he was very kind and attentive, the apartment's cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms make you feel at ease, the view towards the lagoon is majestic.

It is a very comfortable, spacious, warm place. It has all the services offered by the owner who were very kind people in terms of offering a transport service with a acquaintance, hospitality and indications. The location is central close to the shopping area and main park of paipa.

What a spotless place, it is certainly one of the best places we have stayed in Paipa, it totally matches the description, it was also almost new the property. We always count on the host who was attentive to all our requirements. We got the rest we needed ☺️

We stayed at the apartment in Paipa for two nights. It's a small apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The space is small and I think it's just right for up to 3 people. It has a garage with vehicle elevator access. On the building's terrace, there is a small swimming pool with a sauna (extra price but reduced) and an exercise and play area. The building is within walking distance of the lake, we got around well with a vehicle so I don't know what it's like by public transport. We appreciate that the nightly rate is very competitive compared to other apartments in the same building.

It is a very well located urbanization. The apt has a beautiful view and what it describes is as it is. We only suggest improving the calibration of the heater and that the pots and other kitchen implements are more, since although there are many restaurants nearby and good, some days you may prefer to cook and implements are missing.
