Our Margarita Bliss is a very modern and comfortable apartment with a fabulous large terrace and some of the most gorgeous views you will find anywhere along the Dalmatian coast! This is a 65m2 delightful apartment consisting of one bedroom (one double), two full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, living room with large pull-out sofa, and a spacious terrace with an amazing sea and Island views. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very spacious with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The apartment suits 4 people comfortably with the one full bed and pull-out bed in sofa. The terrace provides for a great place to have an evening dinner with family or relax with your favorite drink and enjoy the view of the coastline or the blue of the Adriatic. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island or see the lighted sky over Split! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and café’s offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning unit, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile and hardwood laminate thru-out the unit and furniture that are very comfortable and relaxing. The two bathrooms have an enclosed shower and ample room. This spacious apartment is an ideal place to spend vacation with family and friends. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea. It offers accommodation for 4 people in two bedrooms. Apartment is equipped with all the amenities you may need. In front of the house you have access to the sea. You can sunbathe on the beautiful terrace and in the evening enjoy the sunset with a good glass of wine. The nearest beach is 50 m and restaurant is 30 m away. Cities Split 18 km and Omiš 5 km away.

Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i prekrasnom novo uređenom smještaju. Apartman ima 69 m2 , renoviran je 2023.godine te nudi prostrani dnevni boravak sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , lođu na jugu, dvije komodne spavaće sobe , te kupoanicu. Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana. Televizori su postavljeni u dnevni boravak i u obje spavaće sobe, te se nudi Netflix usluga. Apartman je udaljen samo 150 metara od prekrasne šljunčane plaže. U okruženju zgrade nalaze se trgovine i kafići.

Brand new apartment placed in center of Dugi Rat with its sunny beaches, 19 km from Split and 5 km from Omiš city. Located only 100 meters from the beach. Apartment 2+2, consisted of bedroom, kitchen, living and dining room and a bathroom. Apartment is placed on ground floor. One bedroom has king size, very cozy bed (180x200 cm) while in the bedroom also have a auxiliary bed. Total size of 40m².

This renovated authentic house with a heated pool is a part of old at the bottom of a hill above Jesenice on the Omis riviera. From here, there is an unforgettable view on the sea and islands. The holiday home comprises kitchen and living part with a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms with one more bathroom in the attic where the lowest ceiling height is ca. 120 cm.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.

Novouređeni apartman (42 m2) u mirnom primorskom gradiću Orij -Dugi Rat. Mjesto Orij se nalazi između Splita (15 km) i Omiša (4 km). Apartman je udaljen od mora i prekrasne šetnice 15 metara i nije potrebno prelaziti cestu. Na minutu hoda nalazi se pizzeria-restoran a na 5 minuta hoda marketi i supermarketi.
