Quiet location in a pleasant residential area. 8-10 min walk to subway Mälarhöjden or Västertorp (by bike it takes 3-4 min). It then takes about 15-20 min to T-Centralen. It is located in a very green, nice and safe area, 10-20 minutes walk to lakes where you can swim or hang out at the beach. The house has a garden and two terraces where you can have dinner and enjoy the sun. The house is in three storeys, you need to be able to walk the stairs. You need to leave the house tidy.
