The apartment includes 2 beautiful bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with two single beds. There is a full folding bed and a sofa bed on the landing. The apartment has a separate toilet, a practical bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. There is a convenient storage room with washing and ironing facilities.

You have immediate access to the highways E40 (Brussels - Belgian coastline) and E17 (Antwerp/Netherlands - France). There is a tram stop at the Flanders Expo that goes straight to the city center.

Burgstraat 17 is an old Patrician house constructed in 1515. Later the house was split in 2 houses and became neglected for many years. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. The loft is luxuriously finished and spacious. 1 or 2 people stay in 1 bedroom. If you would like 2 separate bedrooms, you can reserve the 2nd bedroom with a supplement.

Our vacation home "WildeWeg" is blissfully quiet in the countryside and is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday, close to the cities of Ghent and Bruges as well as the beautiful creeks and forests of the Meetjesland. It offers luxurious accommodation for 10 people. For the interior, we followed our hearts and chose an eclectic interior with great comfort. The spacious garden and terrace offer a beautiful view of a typical Flemish rural view.

Oasis of tranquillity for hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers, where pets are more than welcome. (a bit difficult for bigger dogs, there are stairs to climb) Situated along cycle route 70, in the middle of nature and yet close to the historical cities of Ghent, Bruges, Courtrai and Antwerp. Enjoy the fresh country air! In our street you can hear chickens cluck, donkeys bray and there are even sheep, cows and only kind people.

The ceilings are high. The historic center of Ghent is 10 minutes away. We are 40 km from Bruges. In the neighborhood there are a dozen bars, restaurants within 500 m. The bakery is across the street. Parking is private and free.

You can enjoy the garden, a piece for you and a piece shared. There is also a cozy fire pit. The warm interior was carefully put together, and it is cozy to sit around the wood-burning stove.
