The place was great, well located, big enough for comfortable staying. There are also two beautiful cats who live in garage, outside. The bed is so comfy too. The only negative things are hot water somehow is not hot enough. Also there could be thicker blanket. But the rest is great.

Todella siisti huoneisto lähellä Lapadin kävelykatua. Hyvä uima-allas, mieletön jacuzzi ja yllätykseksemme majoituksen käytettävissä oli myös grillihuone, jossa paistoimme pizzaa Barbaran avustuksella. Barbara oli todella ystävällinen ja vastasi viesteihin välittömästi. Ihana lomakohde!

I had a lovely stay at Alexander apartman. The place is so nice and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is amazing — everything is nearby, but the apartment still feels peaceful and tucked away. One of my favorite things was the little garden with beautiful bird sounds in the morning. It really added to the charm of the place. Highly recommend!

I highly suggest a stay here at vila ivano! Sun spalato! Close to beach, easy parking, quick communication - 10/10 !

Ich traue mich fast gar nicht, eine so gute Bewertung abzugeben, da sonst die Wahrscheinlichkeit steigt, dass die Unterkunft ausgebucht ist, wenn wir das nächste Mal kommen wollen 🙈 Die 4 Wochen, in Lukas Apartment waren echt super schön! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, die Lage ist super und Luka ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Host! Es gab sogar ein Willkommens-Leckerli für unseren Hund, der die Fußbodenheizung in der Küche sehr genossen hat 😊 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! PS: das WLAN ist sogar weitaus schneller, als Luka es angibt.

Mornings spent on the spacious deck, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, were a highlight of our stay. The beach was practically our backyard, making it easy to enjoy a day of sun and wind surf. Ms. Tonka is the perfect host—attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. Station de bus proche du logement qui permet de se rendre facilement à Dubrovnik afin d'éviter la galère du stationnement pour la voiture et le prix qui aurait été honnereux. The condo was fantastic, exactly as described. We had many plans for our stay in Dubrovnik and while we accomplished most of what we wanted to do we would have been content to sit on the balcony admiring the view and watching the astonishing sunsets. I wish we had planned to stay much longer Mubera was a great host both assisting in the planning and while we were there. If this is available don't hesitate to reserve it and double the time you are considering.

Absolutely amazing place in the heart of Sarajevo with a cute balcony overlooking the cathedral. Everything inside is new and very clean, the host has thought of every detail and the tiniest thing you might need. Will definitely get back there

Evin konumu çok merkezi, mahalle çok sakin huzurlu. Turistik merkezlere yürüme mesafesinde, ayrıca toplu taşımalara da ulaşım kolay. Evin temizliği şahaneydi. Malzemeler eksiksizdi ve her ihtiyacımız düşünülmüştü. Tek sorun kahve makinasında bir sıkıntı vardı, biraz yavaş çalışıyordu. Ama ev sahibimiz istersek yenisini getireceğini söyledi. Tutumu çok nazikti bizi mağdur etmek istemedi. Bir de bizim için sorun olmadı ama banyo kapısı zor kapanıyor bilginiz olsun.

Marko sorularımıza geç cevap verdi.Ama onun dışında konakladığımız yer konum olarak çok iyiydi.Bina dışardan çok eski gözüküyor fakat evin içi yeni bir otel odası gibi dizayn edilmiş.Ütü masasından nespresso makinesine kadar düşünülmüş.Adeta kendi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik.Şampuan da eklenebilirse çok harika olur :)

Great apartment overlooking Dubrovnik old town. Easy access from road via a few steps to a spacious patio area with sun beds. Inside was very spacious with an open plan lounge kitchen bedroom. Air con available which is also a heater. Big bathroom with good shower. Excellent kitchen with plenty of cups glasses etc. Comfortable bed/pillows and double wardrobe which contains extra blankets and pillows. Separate bedroom balcony has table and chairs. Luko was an excellent host who was very friendly. We would definitely stay here next time in Dubrovnik.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Bojan hat uns persönlich empfangen, das ganze Team war stets erreichbar. Die Lage ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung mit der Terrasse zu empfehlen. Schöne Überraschung für die kleinen Gäste gibt es ein paar Sachen zum spielen.

Wunderschöne Gegend, Kommunikation war einfach Tipp Top sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt.... In der Küche gab es alles von Gewürzen bis zur Wein und Rakija... Badezimmer super sauber viele Handtücher sowie auch Bettwäsche. Nur zum empfehlen.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

We absolutely loved staying here. Igor was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, and even brought little chocolate gifts for the kids. The pool was amazing, the location near beaches and not far from Dubrovnik. Igor even proactively offered to help us out after noticing an issue with our car - cannot recommend here highly enough for a break. The area is a paradise, the hosts are wonderful and the villa is perfect. We’ll be back.

The apartment is clean and tidy. everything is new and beautifully decorated. The bed is too comfortable, the view from the terrace is unreal and incredible. There is a restaurant below the apartment and a beautiful spa center on the floor below. We also had the option of parking in the garage in front of the building. Host was very friendly and we can only recommend this apartment!
