Super cool surroundings, both inside and around the house and outside in terms of location and nature. Pure relaxation and freedom. Would definitely recommend the other. We were some family members together over an extended weekend in March 2025. Some expressed their desire to go back.

For nature lovers. Cozy and homely little house right by the heath, which was ABSOLUTELY perfect for some days' writing stays - secluded in peaceful surroundings (off-season), coffee in the cup, fire in the wood-burning stove, Sweden P2 on the radio in the kitchen and views of the moor from the dining table. There is walking distance to nature area with bird tower, (running) path to the sea (and fossils) and another birding area within a short driving distance on the east side of the island. The house had everything I needed-and the wood-burning stove was a hit on chilly evenings. I also reached morning coffee in the autumn sun on the terrace. The house is a little smaller - and much cozier - than it looks in the photos. Check-in and checkout was super easy and Kerstin responded quickly. That's great. I'd love to come back.

Hello Roger and hello Lotta, it was an ideal place for our family get-together. The villa is attractively and lovingly furnished, especially child-friendly, also outdoors. Everyone loved the hot tub. With 10 adults and 7 children, we had plenty of room and enjoyed the days. The 7 days in April passed far too quickly with plenty of sunshine. We highly recommend this beautiful place! With the generous welcome gift, we immediately felt welcome. Due to the open construction, it is difficult to pull back.

Ann-Kristin's house is lovingly decorated and exudes charm. Everything necessary is available and the property is very generous. Two swimming spots and a restaurant are in walking distance. The house is ideally situated between Kalmar and Karlskrona. If you are looking for peace and quiet and have attention to detail, this is the perfect place to be.

We enjoyed staying with Agnetha and Jan very much. A nice cozy cottage in a quiet and secluded location and Agnetha was very helpful if you had any questions. The sauna was a highlight.

An outdoor area features raised garden beds filled with a variety of plants and flowers. A seating area with soft furnishings is shaded by umbrellas, while additional outdoor elements include a lounge space and pathways leading to other parts of the garden.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The garden was lovely, and we enjoyed the cozy seating areas both inside and out. A short walk to watch the sunset was a highlight. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We also visited Solliden, just a 30-minute drive away. Perfect spot for a family getaway!

Really nice house a couple of minutes by car from Köpingsvik. A big heated pool made the stay even nicer even though the weather was chilly. Everything was according to the description. If you are looking for something like this, this would be a great choice!

Lena is a great hostess and took care of all our concerns directly. Check-in was very straightforward, the apartment was very clean and the location is good and nice and quiet. We were able to have a very good time there. Thank you, dear Lena

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at this villa. It has all possible amenities, and is in top condition as well as very nicely decorated. Quiet and pleasant area with large plot and lovely terrace around the pool. Angelica and Robin were quick to answer questions and generous with everything.

The villa's exterior features a modern black facade with large windows and shaded awnings. A vibrant green lawn surrounds the property, complemented by neatly trimmed bushes. The clear blue sky enhances the inviting outdoor space, which includes seating on a patio area.
