Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Downtown, St. John's

The house was so cute and cozy. It has a lot of character also. I would definitely go back next time I am here.

Lucille was a great host - personable and clearly loves hosting. Her accommodation was very clean recently renovated. She obviously puts a lot of thought into the details. There were snacks and a few food items awaiting on arrival. The bedding, linens and towels were all thoughtfully placed and higher end. It all contributed to making the accommodation feel very much like a home.

Wonderful Valentines/Anniversary get away. Gorgeous view of the waves in every room of the house, coffee/tea bar was fully stocked with tasty goods, and a cozy place to be with the snow and wind howling outside. Would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away from the city for a while.

A great place to relax inside and out after a day of moving, perfect for cooking a nice meal. The beds and linin were excellent. The industrial sized freezer was great for us Costco shoppers! The location was ideal for walking to Quidi Vidi park or downtown, Rennie's River trail is a minute away. Doris was swift in responding to any request. I'll be back!

Place is as described. Absolutely perfect for a small family trip to town. Kid/toddler friendly with everything on one level and the bunk beds were a hit!

The photos do not do this place justice. It is so much nicer and spacious in person. We fell in love with this place and we will definitely return.

This is our second time staying at Jackie's and she is always so welcoming. Upon our arrival she had a snack basket with lots of protein snacks which my daughter loved and had them before each hockey game. Always responsive when we needed something. We travelled with our small dog this time as she loved the open space. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

The location was as described and in a good location. We didn't use the kitchen since there were lots of great restaurants nearby, but it seemed to have all the basics. Michael was quick in getting back to us when a few questions came up. We had a great stay.

Excellent location and within walking distance to downtown and many surrounding parks and trails. Very quiet and safe area. Nick and Rebecca's place was cute, clean and perfect for our stay while we attended the Churchill Park festival. Will definitely book their place again in the future! Thanks so much.

Had an amazing stay in St. John’s! The view was absolutely stunning. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Sharon's! Quiet neighbour hood and place was super clean! Close to Avalon mall and shopping areas! Will definitely stay again!

Cal was extremely easy to communicate with and was very accommodating when we had to switch a date. It was cozy, clean and safe. While you can hear a bit of traffic in the front bedroom it wasn't really noticeable and the apartment was actually one of the quietest Airbnbs we've stayed in. The layout is exceptionally good with the bedrooms all being separated from one another. It felt like a home away from home. Almost don't want to give it a good review as we don't want it to become too popular. We will be booking again!

It was a wonderful stay, house is clean and well decorated. I enjoyed every room in it, especially taking a bath with lavender. Kitchen is clean and we found all we needed to cook our dinner. Hosts invisibly support you in every thoughtful detail. We’ll definitely stay there again.
