I had a great stay in Kim’s basement apartment! Everything I could need were provided and there were also many thoughtful extra inclusions like cream for coffee and a snack basket. I would definitely come back again the next time I need to stay in the area.

great location. walking distance to many great restaurants. The neighbourhood was beautiful to walk around. Michael was great with accommodating our parking needs and was very responsive. we enjoyed our stay.

We attended a concert at Meridian Centre and this was just the perfect place to stay as it was a short walk away. Comfy, cozy with all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay again!

This is the best apartment I’ve stayed in recent years. The pictures don’t do justice,the host was very responsive,check in instructions were clear,apartment is beautiful,clean,smells fresh,the kitchen is well equipped. We were here for our son’s graduation and it was the best location,just less than 7mins away from his school. Everything was perfect,I will visit and recommend Shah’s place again. Our visitors were all waowed by the cleanliness of the apartment.well done Shah! Beautiful place you’ve got.👍

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was in a great location, just a short walk to all the Niagara Falls attractions, so there was no need to drive anywhere. It was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood so was quite relaxing. I especially enjoyed reading in the sun room in the morning. It was very spacious, had a full kitchen, and all the amenities needed to cook a full meal. Pascale was extremely responsive and helpful, answering all questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Paul's. The apartment is cosy, modern, well equipped and clean, in a rather quiet area (perfect for resting when jet-lagged ^^). Paul was helpful and kind. The place is perfect for an excursion at Niagara Falls, wineries or down to Lake Erie, while being slightly off the touristic areas.

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our 2 night stay here to be in Niagara. Check in was very simple with the pad lock. We also enjoyed the kitchen with pots and pans, utensils, etc. We also appreciate a full spice rack with most spices available and a jug of vegetable oil. The washroom was clean and the space had great water pressure which is always nice. The tv in the living room and bedroom were both smart tv’s which was nice and thw fireplace in the bedroom was very cozy and a nice touch. One thing to note is we could hear people walking above from early in the morning to very late at night, sound from voices did not travel through. Overall it was great, would definitely consider being back if we’re looking for a place in the area again. Thank you for hosting us!

Nichole’s place was very clean, easy to get into. Cute one bedroom basement apartment fit for any couple looking to get away. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed at Daniel’s place for one night and would definitely stay again. It was perfect for what we needed it for, a quick weekend getaway, it was right around all the local spots and very walkable. Had a great time and definitely recommend it

This little gem is the perfect place to stay in Niagara Falls! Its location is ideal, as it is within walking distance to the most popular tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping plazas, and coffee/donut shops. However, it’s just far enough away to avoid the noise and heavy traffic! The building has cozy, older charm, while also feeling crisp and updated! Free onsite parking was a plus and we enjoyed the private patio. Maria was very helpful and responsive with all communications, and we would absolutely stay here again! One small note…there is no central air, but there are nice portable AC units in most rooms. It was perfectly comfortable in early June, but may get a little stuffy later into the summer months. Overall, HIGHLY recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Denise's place! It was wonderful to find Roku TV already there so we didnt miss our favorite series. The beds were also very comfortable and cozy which helped us in getting rest after eventful days at the falls. My mother and sister both appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and we all liked the snack selections. Thank you very much for a nice comfortable stay at a very nice and clean property!

This was a lovely place to stay in a nice and clean neighbourhood. We felt at home. Comfortable living room space, nice and clean! The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is a large space (good for our dancers getting ready for a competition). It was just a few minutes' drive to the falls and the convention centre where we were competing this weekend. Close to shops, easy kitchen to cook in, thanks for a great 2 nights away in the USA, Todd!

Abbie was the best, the place was a cute 2 person hm and has everything u need. I would most definitely stay there again if I spend the weekend in Niagara Falls. 👍🏼👍🏼

Arthur's place was so conveniently located and cozy at the same time. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard felt very private & peaceful. With the fenced backyard, we could chill outside with our two dogs. Yet, the place was very close to the main touristy area - only 5 min drive to the Niagara falls parking lot. The place had everything we needed plus more! Highly recommend Arthur's place!

The location was central to everything I needed in St Catharines - 1.2 km away from my place of work, my friend's house and downtown. There is a convenience store just up the street and the nearest supermarkets are 1.2 km/20 minute walk away. There is a Giant Tiger 10 minute walk away. There is free parking behind the building. Although I did not drive it did help with car transport of my belongings to and from the building. The other lodgers were mature and friendly and largely everybody kept to himself. Bring earplugs - the building is located at a BUSY intersection of two major streets and situated above a gym that plays music and has loud noises of heavy weights being released, although neither of this is the fault of the landlord. The superintendent is the landlord's uncle and he is very helpful and friendly. Peihong responds quickly to inquiries and concerns. His uncle and handymen are sometimes there on the weekend to fix and clean the property, which shows they care.

Jarmilla and her husband were very friendly and helpful. I had a question during my stay and they responded quickly with help. Quiet neighborhood but so close to the falls and night life of the falls.

The property was clean, and it was a well designed space that was as described. Justin and Abbey were very friendly and responsive. The check-in process was easy. Abbey’s cookies were a great touch and the hot tub was a greatly appreciated bonus, as my wife and I were trying out for the National Dragon Boat team at the nearby Welland Flatwater Centre, and it was like a bonus spa therapy.

Location and neighborhood are wonderful. Quick to downtown, right next to Delaware Park, and walking distance from the Martin House. Accommodations were lovely. Traveling for business a lot, it was so nice to stay in a place that felt like home. Matthew's a dog lover and appreciated the challenges I have traveling with mine. He was quick to respond to questions and to make me (and my dogs) feel welcome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
