Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown Providence

Josh is super! He always returned message promptly and very helpful. Parking is easy. Josh's place is immaculate, spacious, brand new and very nicely decorated. We took great pictures at the dinning table and loved it so much that it's now the wall paper of my cell phone. Will definitely come back!

Absolute loved the apartment! And if you are visiting your children at Brown University, this is the perfect location. I will definitely stay here again! Michael is a great host, he even had snacks and good coffee.

The building has 4 apartments in an excellent location for visiting Warren and Providence RI. We had a downstairs unit which was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable. There are 2 parking spots and plenty of extra public parking across the street. You can walk to restaurants and shops. Just a 20 minute drive to Providence. Very comfortable for six adults. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We highly recommend eating at Rhody Roots, just a 10 minute walk with excellent food and very accommodating to all dietary restrictions. Our visit to the Roger Williams Park and Zoo was a great experience for all. This Airbnb was a good value and even nicer than the pictures with many amenities.

Really wonderful time and would love to come back. I was in town visiting my brother and his wife and children, the location was walking distance from their home and the town / water, which was wonderful. Everything was easy, the home was perfect, and I’d absolutely recommend and return when in town! Looking forward to staying here again when I visit next time!

I used to live in Rhode Island and came back for the weekend to visit. I throughly enjoyed my stay. The place was clean & cozy. The host was responsive and had very simple and clear rules. It was spacious and I loved the apartment layout. Would 100% stay here again if/ when I come back to Rhode Island. 10/10 recommend.

This place was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Upon entry, we were blown away at how amazing the place looked…we felt right at home! There was a sweet message and gift basket on the kitchen island. The location is a short drive to Brown University, downtown Providence, and a number of fantastic restaurants. The host was proactive, providing explicit parking and entry instructions prior to our arrival. Check out was quick and simple. We had a fantastic time!

Pat is a Superhost Extraordinaire! Felt at home in charming and comfortable house. Fully equipped kitchen with snacks too! The space is super clean with towels galore. Pat has thought of everything and more .... Cannot ask for a more thoughtful and generous host! The location is walkable to Brown University and parking is convenient on premises. There is even an outdoor space to relax (weather permitting). Wifi worked great. Thank you for making our stay in Providence so enjoyable!

This Airbnb was a great “home away from home” while traveling for work. We needed space for 3 employees who’s must haves are a home kitchen to cook in! We enjoyed meeting the locals and appreciated the quiet community since we work long hours. A great convenient place to stay.

Rachael’s space was a perfect place for my family of 5 to enjoy the area around providence. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the easy access into the beautiful Rodger Willam’s park. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

We had a fabulous stay at Karen’s beautiful home! It was so well located and convenient to all the things that we wanted to do. The state park and the bike path are better than we could’ve imagined! The town of Bristol is a dream and the surrounding areas are full of gems and surprises. The house was lovely and everything in it was spotless, well thought out and made us feel right at home. All the appliances worked beautifully, the beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were hot with good water pressure! We can’t fault anything, the only low point was that we had to leave! We look so forward to returning to this beautiful area and to this lovely home with a kind, considerate and very fun host! She’s my new travel buddy! Thanks Karen, everything was great and it made for a very special birthday for my best friend. I really appreciated that.😊

This Airbnb was a genuinely wonderful stay. The space is exactly as described—an oasis that feels both thoughtfully designed and well cared for. Unlike many rentals where cleanliness only extends to the obvious areas, this home was thoroughly clean throughout, which we really appreciated. It strikes a great balance between old-house charm and modern convenience. The decor is artistic and inviting, and the main llive plants were just wonderful. The shower is new and small details like Epsom salts and oils for the bath made the space feel even more welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent—prompt and helpful. The views are beautiful, and we only wish we’d had better weather and more time to enjoy the deck. A couple of small things to note: the stairs up to the apartment are steep and a bit twisty, so anyone with mobility concerns should keep that in mind. The only improvements we’d really suggest would be a few more coffee mugs and a little hotter water. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

I had a wonderful extended stay at Qi’s place! The place was well furnished, clean and in a perfect location with off street parking. Qi was very helpful and communicated well during a snow storm!

The place and neighborhood were great. Super quiet and very walkable. Restaurant recommendations were 5 Star. It’s a real New England experience.

We had a nice stay overall. The steps leading up to the apartment weren’t bad, but there were quite a few strong-scented plug-ins in both the hallway and the apartment itself. They were a bit overwhelming for our asthmatic lungs and allergies. We didn’t have any major issues during the stay, but the dryer wasn’t working properly—which we didn’t find out until we tried to do a quick load of the baby’s clothes right before check-out. The host sent someone up when we notified them, but unfortunately, there wasn’t time to get it fixed before we had to leave. Not the end of the world—we found a laundromat on the way home, and it gave us a chance to stretch our legs. A fun surprise was a parade that went right by the house—it was a great bonus and everyone enjoyed it! All in all, despite a couple of hiccups, we would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Excellent location and great host! Recommendations in the guide were helpful and we enjoyed meals at some of the nearby eateries. This is a great central location - we walked almost everywhere and explored lots of different neighborhoods. Easy off-street parking too! Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

Ryan’s listing is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to spend time in Providence. The apartment is super clean and is in a great location within the city. We were very comfortable our entire stay with all the amenities and would definitely use this listing again for any future trips !

This apartment was well situated close to downtown, very clean and pleasant. Neighborhood is pretty and restaurants in the area were great. We used it mostly just as a place to sleep, so it was perfect for us. There is no living room, but kitchen, bathroom, and dining area and 3 bedrooms. It is well equipped with things you may have forgotten like razor, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. I was grateful for the earplugs because the plumbing is surprisingly noisy. Check out is blissfully low effort like a hotel.

Place was perfect. I was there for a soccer tournament and it accommodated so well. Also you are only 20 min. Away from providence. Also alot of good places to eat nearby.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
