Taylor was a responsive, informative host from beginning to end. The unit was beautiful, exactly as advertised. Roof top pool was a beautiful bonus. Location was perfect for my needs. Price was better than my conference rate at the hotel! Front desk staff were exceptional. Building is beautiful overall. Definitely will book here next time I'm in Phoenix

We had a wonderful stay—everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The natural light filled the space beautifully, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The AC made it even more comfortable, and we really appreciated the hosts accommodating our early check-in request.

Located within minutes to major downtown venues, easily accessible, spacious apartment in a quiet building. Make sure to rent a car in AZ because walking in the hot sun or at night isn't a great idea. Pool was right outside the unit. Comfy bed and cool temperatures for sleep.

If you are looking for a great downtown place to stay this is it! It’s surrounded by ASU campus and is a safe area from what I understand. It is also just a short walk to chase field if you like baseball! Overall a decent place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it made for a perfect getaway. Anne's place was so wonderfully adorable and peaceful. Nestled a community where you feel safe, and close to Encanto park, which is a bonus! You almost don't feel like you're in Phoenix with the beautiful greenery in and around the house itself. The decor was adorable, and everything was clean and pristine. We really enjoyed our stay, and it meant a lot that I could bring our fur babies along as well. They just loved the backyard! Anne also gave us many recommendations with which we did try, and were very pleased. Thank you again for having us in your home and we look forward to staying again soon.

This was a super cute Airbnb. The pool was amazing! I would recommend having blackout curtains in the bedrooms and would have appreciated if the house had the A/C on before we got there. It took about 8 hrs to cool down, but it was 105 degrees outside. Everything else was great!

We stayed at Patricia and Marta’s cottage for 2 weeks while receiving health care in Phoenix. Patricia is the most responsive host possible. The house is very comfortable and provided a wonderful respite. There are good local places nearby (try the Wild Thaiger for great Thai food, Forno 301 for authentic Italian, and Hope’s Brunch across the street for a great breakfast) and grocery shopping and other necessities are a few blocks away. Patricia gave us local recommendations as well, including for Tangible Wellness, a privately owned and well equipped fitness center a few blocks from the house. The house is quiet at night, as is central air conditioning. Beds are very comfortable and we slept soundly. The outdoor seating areas were also great for morning coffee and the neighborhood, which is historic, is very nice for walking. And we were a five minute drive away from health care. This cottage always receives 5 star ratings , and after two weeks it is easy to understand why.

Beautiful home, and very peaceful relaxing oasis — can hear the birds outside, no traffic noises, and the location is next to downtown! My family and I stayed here for graduation weekend and it was the perfect additional way to celebrate Thank you!

Really cute place. Went during Memorial Day weekend. A lot to do within walking distance. Only bad thing was the bed, it was broken when we checked in. I messaged the host who offered to have a new bed sent. We chose not to as we were only there for a few days and wanted to enjoy our vacation. Besides that, everything was good.

I was a first time guest at an Airbnb home and a bit anxious about it. As soon as I walked in, my trepidation evaporated. I was impressed with the home’s welcoming atmosphere and how relaxing it was. The supplies were well stocked and presented. The furniture was tasteful and comfortable. I’m hoping to stay there again in the future when visiting my granddaughter. Thank you, Alicia!

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!

Wonderful unit to stay in, great location close to shopping center and restaurants. Denise and William were extremely communicative and pleasant to deal with, would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

This space was a perfect home away from home. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed while traveling with our toddler; pack and play, high chair, plates and utensils. The host was very responsive and made the entire process easy. The location was also nice, being within 20 minutes of most major attractions though still quiet and peaceful.
