Loved the place! Very spacious and felt like home. Great location to The Strip and a lot of options for restaurants close by. Felt very safe in the community. We will definitely be back!

Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

Rafael was a very responsive host! Airbnb is about 20ish minutes from the strip, nice and quiet and very clean. Close to gas stations, fast food joints and other shops around the area. Definitely recommend for those visiting Vegas 👏🏻

I had an amazing stay! The amenities were great; I went to the pool almost everyday really easy to access and great space. The home was lovely; comfortable beds, beautiful balcony, and extremely silent despite being in a communal atmosphere. What sold me was the 5 minute drive to the strip, Walgreens right around the corner along with chick fil a and a Dennys. The host was extremely helpful, responsive and really attentive as far as things regarding the home. Would love to return here again when I make my next trip to Las Vegas!

Palm Place is a great building and Melissa’ condo has great views and is very comfortable. The building has good amenities and being off the strip gives a better feel for the city.

I stayed here for 2 weeks, although I wasn’t there for much of the day I must say it did the job. The views and overall experience was great. There are things to be fixed here and there but nothing major. I would definitely stay here again!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Adrian I sincerely thank you for having us at your home, to anybody who is questioning the kitchen setup with the electric stove, I cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner with absolutely no problem and my fiancé and I absolutely loved that we had everything we had throughout our time, to our EDC family, it’s ONLY 12-15 minutes away from our beautiful venue we shall be back but with a group next year but please give Adrian your consideration when choosing your next EDC!

Excellent stay. Beautiful backyard. Most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. Charlotte was a very friendly and responsive host. I would definitely stay again for my next trip to Vegas!

I would stay here again when I go to visit 12 min Drive from the strip . Very nice for the weekend. The Dog didn’t have any issues with us, he did bark but seems friendly .

This was a fantastic stay! so many things to do at this Airbnb! Comfortable beds, plenty of space to relax and unwind, and all the comforts of home. We come to Vegas a lot for production events, and this is a convenient location for us, as we do not like to stay on the strip. This is off the strip, but close enough to still feel like you’re not missing anything. Happy to stay again next time we are in Vegas! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Perfect house for our family of 8. Every one had their own rooms and space to spread out. It was 100+ degrees so the pool was essential. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do on the strip and downtown. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Host was awesome! Very helpful and responsive. Sent us incredible donuts! Would stay again when in Vegas!

very nice and clean place in las vegas we had a fairly short stay but all went well. good touch were children books and games that my sons used.

Luz was an absolutely amazing responsive host-this place was immaculate-one of the cleanest we’ve ever been in with every amenity. The backyard was absolutely entertaining and gorgeous. We had so much fun there, really felt like home. Very impressive to have a water and ice dispenser so you don’t have to purchase water, especially in Las Vegas. No chores was a huge bonus.

Excellent place to stay for a family or group. Nice kitchen so you can make breakfast, lunch or dinner. We walked to the art district and the Sahara or Strat casiono. The tram is in the Sahara so daytime a good way to explore. Nice private backyard to hang by the pool. We would stay here again!

We went to the celebrate my wife's birthday. She was very skeptical about the place, but once we got there it was just perfect. We asked the front desk if they have a room with a view and they happily provided us an available one they had. The location is simple perfect, it is so close to the Belagio and in the heart of the Strip. I am coming back on Vegas again soon and they will be my first option for my next stay for sure!

This particular unit at Palms Place was the very best I've seen. Its panoramic view of Las Vegas is complimented nicely by the pool views from both balconies. The one bedroom is fashionably furnished identical to the other one bedroom units in the hotel, which I love , along with some upgraded lighting in the kitchen & bathrooms. Unlike other units, this one is well appointed with plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, etc. Everything you'd want for entertaining or for a longer stay. The 3 air conditioning units work perfectly and the one-touch fireplace adds some charm and ambiance you don't often see in Las Vegas. Both the king bed & fold-out sofa are unusually comfortable and with the black-out blinds, I could sleep for days. Check-in was easy, like checking in at any 4.5 star hotel, and communication with the owners was amazing. They care about your stay and are readily available if you need them. If I could chose only one unit to stay in at Palms Place, this is the one.

Relaxing pool, quiet area, away from most places but Uber found us easily. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed was available for our stay. Great, responsive host. Highly recommend.

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!

Joel has an amazing place in Las vegas. When we walked in to the house, it makes us feel like a cozy home. The unit is located in a gated community. We feel safe to stay here since there is security driving around the community daily. Joel also provides snacks as well as bottles water. It was very hot during the time we visited, and found that so nice to have cool bottle water inside the fridge. The unit provided laundry machine, so we can wash our clothes during the stay. ( detergent and drying sheets are provided as well) We will definitely stay here again when we back in town.

The host was easy to communicate with and it was a good experience overall. The home was quiet and clean, and we were comfortable there.
