If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. I’ve never been more in love with a house in my life, I didn’t have a great experience with Airbnb homes in the past but this one was amazing, the hosts are so attentive while also giving their guests space, and it’s so family friendly, I definitely would stay here again. Thank you guys so much for making my birthday weekend awesome. 10/10 💓💓

This cottage was perfect when it came to location. 10mins from the garden of the gods and like 8mins from downtown. Plenty of things to do without having to drive far. The space was great and fireplace heats up the room well. He responds quickly and offers lots of great recommendations for coffee, food and things to do. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in the springs.

My family and I had the best stay!! Angela was super helpful throughout the whole process, from booking to check out. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and it had a magnificent view. Loved it!!

We enjoyed our visit very much! We went on a cool weekend and the hot tub was just what we needed. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was super easy and Steven was excellent with communication. I definitely recommend this place! Hiking trails are super close as well.

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Beautifully cared for place with lots of fun energy. A bonus was that the house is stocked with games! I am sensitive to smells and the one drawback for me was the smell of Febreeze. Wanted others to know in case you have the same sensitivity. You can feel all of the love Pam has put into this place. It’s very cute and comfortable.

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

What a wonderful place to stay! Ross was super responsive and accommodating. The property is beautiful and the animals are a lovely little bonus (we got to feed and meet ALL the animals, which was a HUGE added bonus for the kiddo!). Would absolutely recommend this place for a get-away and hope to be back soon!

Amazing peaceful beautiful place! We had plans for each day we stayed there but we cancelled plans for the last day to just chill in the cabin. It was very serene and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! We came up for my 40th birthday getaway and could not have been happier. My wife absolutely LOVED Elizabeth’s style. The view of Pikes Peak from the back deck is stunning. We had some cooler weather and a small snow storm and thoroughly enjoyed all of it while sitting in the hot tub. Everything about the unit has been thought out and I am so thankful that Elizabeth told us beforehand to screenshot the door code, address, and WiFi password because there is NO service at the house. As others have mentioned, the downstairs bed is on the harder side, but it didn’t ruin our trip. Heard a couple coyotes the first night and saw their eyes with a flashlight in the dark about 100 yards from the house, which was pretty cool. For not having a cleaning fee, it’s one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. I can’t say enough good things about our time at this unit. Elizabeth, thank you so much for creating such an amazing space for others to enjoy.

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. The mountain views are unbeatable and we even had some deer come through the yard the morning we checked out. Thank you so much for making your home accessible to visitors. Fantastic, well appointed cabin. Kitchen stole the show for its functionality and aesthetic in a tight space. Gas fireplace made our evenings cozy. Walk right from the property to waterfall trailhead. We LOVED it!!!
