Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Downtown, Colorado Springs

I had the best stay! They were very communicative whenever I needed anything and responded promptly. It was in a nice proximity to all of the major roads to everything I wanted to do and downtown. I appreciated the privacy fence and customized security. The yard was peaceful and I took full advantage of the hot tub ane fire pit. I could not have asked for a better birthday trip. I would recommend this place for solo travelers.

WOW! The thing that made me book this place in the first place was the amazing view of pikes peak. It was the best experience to wake up in luxury while drinking a cup of coffee looking out on the mountains. The house was beautiful on a big lot with plenty of walking trails. This was the perfect escape from city life. Divide is only 30 minutes from many of the big attractions around so everything was easy to get to.

The trains mentioned didn't bother us at all. I think this is possibly one of the best values for the area! SUPER Bang for the buck!

We loved our time at this property. We booked this house for its proximity to local attractions and the beautiful views; additionally, Jacquie and team went above and beyond to make the place welcoming. Jacquie was always quick to respond and made it clear that if we needed anything addressed during our stay, all we had to do was ask. The house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood which I enjoyed jogging through on our first night there. It is located very close to downtown Colorado Springs and affords easy access to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and the Manitou Incline. We also had no lack of great dining options within a short drive of the house. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay in the Colorado Springs area.

A group of 4 of us stayed on a hiking trip. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Even though you are connected to the owners home, you still have privacy with a locked door and sound proofing. It was very easy to still feel like we had privacy. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. It was a perfect home base for our trip, and only about 10-15 mins from downtown. The hosts even provided some snacks, drinks and coffee! I’d definitely stay here again!

These hosts are great and so is the house! It’s beautiful, serene, with the most wonderful view. They also have a glorious hot tub, a Kurig with lots of coffees + sweeteners and creamer, and tonnnnss of super soft blankets for those cold mountain nights. They provide two space heaters for the large downstairs, along with games and TVs with Netflix, and a full laundry room. This was such a great place for our family!

Erika and William hosted us this weekend for our short trip to Colorado Springs / Manitou! The place was very cute and well kept. We were pleased with our stay and they are probably the most and quickest to respond host I’ve ever had! We definitely would stay again when we venture back up to Colorado Springs!

This home is fully equipped with all the amenities, with a great location. Great place for our family of 4 and a dog, they thought of everything when making sure things that can be forgotten when traveling was there. Very cleaned and well maintained. It is truly a home away from home with all the extra touches. We will love to come back. it is a gem. This Airbnb was done right and one of the best we stayed at. 👍👍⭐️🙂

This place was a great value for our quick one-night stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of extra blankets, a nice sitting area out back, two Roku televisions, Garden of the Gods nearly right outside, but does have that "I've walked directly into someone else's house" feel which is either cozy or unwanted depending on your personality! If you are able, I wished I would have brought my own pillow from home and was glad I brought my own ground coffee. Check out was the easiest I've ever had in an Airbnb which was also helpful and less stressful! I'd definitely stay there again.

Briar Patch Urban Farm was the PERFECT place for our family to stay! Our kids (ages 3 and 1) loved interacting with the animals, and Doug gave us a sweet little tour. The Airbnb was perfectly set up for families as well—they even had toys, kids plates/silverware, kids bath soap, and a bathroom stool! They were the most thoughtful and understanding hosts, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun and beautiful place to stay, especially if you have kids.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

Everything was perfect. We had a great time. Pam was very communicative and helpful the entire trip.

Historic building with unique decor. I felt right at home, safe and warm. I thought it was super cute. Easy to get in, quiet with easy parking out front.

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

Found Jacquie’s place last minute (do not think that’s typical but we lucked out) after our original booking with a different host was not a good fit for us. The place was beautiful and super clean. Felt homey and was close to a lot of the attractions we were seeing- Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs shopping and hiking the Manitou Incline. The parking was plentiful on the street. The hot tub and fire pit in the back were excellent. We grilled one night and the place is also very well stocked with cooking utensils and snacks/coffee. Clear instructions for everything. I wish I would have found this place months ago when I was doing my original trip planning. Can’t wait to come back again sometime. Beautiful home and space.

We visited Colorado to attend the Pikes Peak Prairie to Peak Birding Festival & chose the stay at Andy's for proximity to multiple activities, parks, and local birding spots. We SO hit the jackpot! Not only was the home beautiful, spacious & inviting but Andy thought of every amenity for adults, children, babies, or pets - right down to spices, games, sleds, high chair, pet crate & water bowl. The huge open yet warm & cozt living room with attached playroom and a patio w/hot tub made us not even want to leave "home"! Our trip plan was all about birding, though, so we were thrilled to discover that Andy was not only a kind, responsive, caring host who looked out for us like family, but also a fellow birder! He completely respected our privacy and space, yet was agreeable to meeting in person to share detailed & very helpful birding and sightseeing recommendations that we took & enjoyed every moment of! We would have extended our stay if possible, and just can't wait to return! ☺️

Everything was as advertised. Check in was super easy. Instructions for the property were clear and posted. Property was clean and host was welcoming and nice. Enjoyed our stay and local area was beautiful with lots to do, thank you!!

We just stayed in Oana’s place for a month, and it was perfect! The house, the towns, everything around there is so charming and peaceful. We had deer at our door most mornings, the house has EVERYTHING you could ever need; we found a whole drawer full of bathroom stuff we didn’t even know was there until the last day! It is an older cabin, so the ceilings are shorter than most might be used to, but for our family of 4, it was perfect!

Our stay was one for the books! I will never forget this trip!! Views are spectacular! I felt the airbnb was mostly stocked of things we needed for our stay and was overall impressed. A highlight was the cows morning stroll right by the house! A hit for my 6year old!! You have to wake up early to see it but very worth it! The beds are definitely firmer, so not for someone who likes a softer feel. Some questions to the host took a while for a response, but she would respond quickly to something urgent. Elizabeth worked with us, graciously, on a date change that worked better for our schedule. The hot tub worked and we used it daily, it is placed perfectly to view the mountains and nature surrounding us. We also utilized the firepit because my 6 year old loves making smores. It was rainy and wet most days, but we still had pockets of time to experience the outdoors. This was a great place to stay our first time to CO!

Eric was a fantastic host--even helping us load our roof-rack as we checked out. This place is GORGEOUS inside and out. Serene and very close to Muller Park and Divide. The kitchen was loaded with amenities. Loved the bunkhouse too. I highly recommend this place.

It was an absolute blessing to get the privilege to stay in this cabin. The location is absolutely beautiful. pictures and words just cannot portray just how beautiful this place and location is. The drive into the area was amazing. Everything was set up perfectly and with clear instructions. For the price I felt that I received way more than I had paid for. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity.
