The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

JUST 3 BLOCKS to the BEACH and BOARDWALK and Morey's Amusement Piers, this cozy first floor one bedroom with KING and FULL bed can accommodate guests. No cable but Wifi is provided. Plus Smart TV and DVD player. Enjoy the magical shared yard with fountain. Walkable to restaurants, Wawa, and Supermarket. 15 minutes to Victorian Cape May, and the County Zoo. Only 45 minutes to Atlantic City. Window AC is provided in the bedroom from 5/15-10/30. Heat from 10/30 to 5/12.
