The space is very clean and organized, the location is very quiet, a refuge in the middle of the city.

The apartment is very good, as shown in the photos. Comfortable, clean, with everything you need for a peaceful stay. Received with friendliness and attention to detail. We stayed a short time but would return.

I loved the house and recommend it without a doubt. It is super safe for those who have a pet and need to take it on the trip, outside the house has a lot of space!!! and the atmosphere is very quiet and organized. The location is excellent, very close to hospitals, clinics and several other conveniences, as well as being very close to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which made all the difference in the stay. The experience was great, and if I go back to Maringá, I definitely choose this house again.

The chalet is amazing. It's perfect for those looking for a getaway from the city. Well wrapped in woods and nature, it is very cozy and very complete. It is also worth noting that the common spaces of Estância Paraíso are also great, such as the tea house and the pool.

We came to move from Manaus to Maringá and our choice was to seek the best option value/comfort to stay until we found the house we would rent, local served us 100%, we felt at home, the host's service was great from the beginning, Super recommend, I will even refer to friends when they come to the city. Near everything, easy to locate, quiet neighborhood, we were very blessed to find such a warm and comfortable place. Gratitude!
