This beautiful country setting is located on a paved road next to a producing vineyard and winery. The views of the countryside and pond are memorable. This is a ground floor unit with a small set of stairs to access the front door. There is a public golf course right next to the complex. A washer and dryer in the unit, along with some personal hygiene products.
