A truly unique and very comfortable stay! Evandale is a charming town and it’s people are delightful. Evelyn was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to know beforehand :) The heating in the bathroom is a very thoughtful addition, and the stay was pleasant overall. We had such a wonderful time at Ros’ place! It was a great base for exploring Freycinet National Park and we enjoyed how cosy and homely the house is. There was plenty of room for 3 couples and the second toilet was very convenient. Would highly recommend!

The Ocean Retreat is an absolute pleasure to stay at. The deck and pool overlooking the ocean is what sets this place apart, the view is breathtaking. The heated pool is a great temperature, we used it even though the weather wasn't really warm. The kitchen has great amenities and is well stocked for entertaining. Having two dishwashers and a butlers pantry is brilliant. BBQ is huge! Makes cooking for the family easy. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom/ensuite, makes it great when you have 4 couples staying like we did. All the bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of room for the bassinet and stuff for our infant. The layout of the loungeroom is well considered too, the gas "woodheater" gives all the ambience of a log fire without the mess and warms the area really well. Thank you Nigel and Courtney for a fantastic stay, we hope to be back again soon!

The brightness of the living space was amazing! And the darkness of the bedroom downstairs was equally amazing. It was an ideal location. At the road, as you turn off the main road to the neighborhood there is the BEST BEACH! Don’t bother going anywhere else. We went to Mt. William…don’t go. A long way and no payoff. The beaches there, in Binalong are far better and the scenery is unmatched. The rocks are super fun to climb on. This location was perfect. Would definitely go back. There is a grill outside too! Bonus!

A perfect spot near Freycinet National Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location for access to the park. As an extra bonus, we also found good eating spots nearby. Views from the front deck were spectacular, particularly sunset.

Second stay at the shack at Falmouth and it never disappoints. Beautiful location and views. Love the character of the place.
