Antje's place is a real gem. It is ideally located for exploring the Bay of Islands and is super comfortable. Antje is a wonderful host, with many local recommedations. We loved our stay and hope to be back. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay, loads to do in the area, went to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, a must. The Te Kongahu museum explained the process and difficulties of the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi. Also spent a great day sailing around the bay with Carino on an Island & wildlife day cruise. Saw a pod of dolphins, rays, gannets and cormorants. Also snorkelled, walked up to an Island view point of the bay and had a BBQ highly recommend this tour if you want a gentler way to see the bay. Swiss Chalet was perfectly situated for all the fine restaurants, we managed a cloths wash with our rooms own washing machine and enjoyed the luxury of the air conditioning as the beginning of autumn was spectacularly warm

Joan was a great host and we had a wonderful stay at his Airbnb. Quiet, wonderful views, very walkable, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and great shower. This was the perfect place for our weekend in Russell. Strongly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the home of Clair and Alistair. The views were spectacular and conveniently located just a short drive or walk from the Main Street, Long Beach and the ferry. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless clean. We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay .

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Bed is raised, requiring a climb up a short ladder. Not a problem for us. Great location, very peaceful but only a 20 minute walk from the centre of Russell.

Cable Bay is a lovely spot and Lynda’s apartment adds to the experience . Great view of the bay below. Easy check. Brilliant complex that her place is located. Would recommend

What a beautiful space, the stairs up to the Penthouse are so worth it with that view! The accommodation is beautifully kept and has everything you need to settle in and enjoy the view. Angela was the best host, always responsive and clear instructions. I would highly recommend this space.

Beautiful location overlooking Doubtless Bay. Expansive water views. Back from the road so almost no noise. Slept with the windows open to the crashing of the waves. The unit we booked was a one bedroom. Plenty of space. Good kitchen. Ate breakfast on the balcony. Highly recommend this place. The stock photo on the listing does not do justice to how great this place is. This place is actually a number of units so they will assign you one of the units so perhaps that is why there is just a stock photo.

The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beach. We really enjoy the balcony and the spaciousness of the apartment. While it is starting to show its age and could benefit from some renovations soon, it is still in good living condition. The host couple is very friendly.

If you like the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep, this place is perfect. We spent four nights here and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful escape. The property is just steps from the beach, and the gentle sound of the ocean was the perfect backdrop for a restful night's sleep. Coopers Beach amenities are just a stones throw away, as are Mangonui’s well known cafes and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate, cozy, and exactly as described and the hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the sea.

Beautiful, peaceful slice of paradise with amazing view over Opito Bay and private walking access to the beach. Alan was a great host and made the stay fun and easy!! A good assortment of snacks, drinks and breakfast provided. We'll definitely be back and would recommend to anyone visiting Kerikeri.

The view from the deck is the winner, just stunning. Plus the private walkway down to the rocks and ocean and bonus is a very small beach and swimming area all for yourself. Walking distance to Cable Bay and Coopers Beach. The plants and trees around the deck are beautiful. Alison is a lovely host and we enjoyed our chats.

My family was visiting from Canada and we wanted to show them Northland, this little gem was a perfect getaway, in a lovely neighbourhood near two great beaches.

We had a great time at Dave's place, a great spot, it felt very private but still close to the main town. Would stay again :)

Back home in Wellington but wish I was still at Paul and Nuttha's. Paul and Nuttha were great hosts and their place was amazing; gorgeous garden, good location and an immaculately presented place that was comfortable with all the trimmings. The beds were so comfy it was easy to drop off after a day of sightseeing. Excellent amenities (bathroom, kitchen, tea/coffee & breakfast stuff, parking, TV etc.). Paul and Nuttha are thoughtful hosts who were welcoming, accommodating and generous. Nuttha's cakes are the best and Paul's tips on what to see and do are saved us a lot of time. We were even able to pick persimmons to take home and Paul let us take cuttings from his garden! Will definitely book again if I'm up there again in the future. Thank you Paul and Nuttha for the lovely stay!

We had a great time at this beautiful resort, all amenities and facilities extremely well maintained with something for everyone to enjoy. Walking distance to the town and beaches. Prompt communication and friendly. Thank you once again!

Room with a view for sure! It’s right on a very pretty beach, but up a few stairs so there’s privacy. The room is very spacious, it’s good a great little kitchen at one end, and a modern bathroom. There’s a nice patio to sit out on and enjoy the view, would recommend for those wanting a beach space.

Great place, fantastic views, and the hot tub was very useful for relaxing after a hard days touring. Andrew was very friendly and helped explain lots of things. Just be mindful of the 30 stairs up from the garage to the unit..... If it's available next time we visit we will be back.

Perfect spot to explore Bay of Islands area. Studio apartment with an amazing deck and hot tub. Had everything I needed for a weekend in Paihia. The drive way is very steep and a tricky turn getting up to the garage, but after you've done it once then it's easier. Would love to come back here if I'm in NZ again.
