This is apartment can easily house 5-6 guests- we were 4 with our daughter visiting for one night from paris. The bedrooms are not large but they all have excellent windows that can open in 2 directions and individual heaters in each room and bathroom. The common area is spacious and comfortable as is the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay- we were working in the area, in and out visiting wineries and restaurants and this was quite a good location. Aurelie was always responsive and helpful.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans le chalet de Clem. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description et est adapté aux enfants. Mes enfants ont pu profiter de l'extérieur en toute sécurité. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le logement, qui était bien équipé. Clem s'est montré très réactif et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Un grand merci !

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in het fijne rustige dorpje. Nathalie is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij, het huisje is heel knus en comfortabel en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Hervé and Hélène were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Hervé welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and sat with us for a few minutes and we felt right at home The place is in a very quiet and beautiful village. It is very clean.

Jean-Luc est un hôte prévenant et attentionné dont le logement est extrêmement bien situé. Par ailleurs, le logement est très agréable, propre et bien aménagé. C'est un logement à recommander ! Cependant, avec un bébé, il faut savoir que l'escalier d'accès est étroit.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in Baye. Louis reageerde meteen, maakte ons graag wegwijs, ontving ons met een zelfgemaakt glaasje ratafia en bood dagelijks aan de open haard voor ons aan te maken. Ook de grote hoeveelheid handdoeken was heel prettig, net als de flexibele vertrektijd. De omgeving van Baye is prachtig en rustig, dus doe goed boodschappen in Sézanne of Epernay. We komen graag terug om de Champagne verder te ontdekken!

Super logement a proximité du lac du der. les Hôtes sont d'une gentillesse remarquable et ont toujours été très réactifs quand nous avons eu besoin d'eux. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé pour quatre personnes et deux chiens. Seul petit bémol, la connexion wifi qui disparaissait de temps en temps, mais rien de grave. nous recommandons sans hésitation!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Denise. La découverte du Lac du Der et de ses étangs nous a permis d’observer une grande variété d’oiseaux. Le temps a été favorable, avec un beau soleil tout le week-end. Bien que nous soyons en début de période creuse, nous avons facilement trouvé des restaurants à une quinzaine de minutes du logement. Une destination et ce logement que nous vous recommandons vivement !

Ein sehr schöner Zirkuswagen in einer tollen Landschaft. Für Vogelliebhaber ein absoluter Traum. Der Zirkuswagen ist sehr gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. Chantal ist sehr nett und hat uns bestens begleitet. Das Highlight war die Sauna, die man mieten kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke an Chantal für die Gastfreundschaft.

Catherine is zeer vriendelijk en reageerde steeds snel op de vragen en berichten! We waren zeer blij met de airco in het appartement en het zwembad dat we enkel moesten delen met de gasten van de gîte. In het dorpje waren er geen restaurants open op het moment dat wij er waren, maar er is een bakkerij en een supermarkt vlakbij.

Chalet très agréable, situé à proximité du lac, de la plage, de la vélo voie, de nombreux chemins de randonnée, avec un jardinet et une terrasse très agréables. Des vélos à louer sont disponibles sur place pour les balades. De plus, Olivier est très réactif, à l'écoute, accueillant et prêt à donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour offrir un séjour très agréable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. 1 inconvénient à connaître mais qui va avec tous les avantages cités précédemment, l'escalier en bois qui est bruyant quand on l'utilise, un peu gênant la nuit...
