We had a pleasant weekend at Clem's cottage. The accommodation was exactly as described and is suitable for children. My kids were able to safely enjoy the outdoors. We also enjoyed the space, which was well-equipped. Clem was very responsive and available throughout our stay. Thank you so much!

Great stay at this property. Denise was extremely welcoming, available and caring as soon as we arrived. The house is impeccable: very clean, perfectly equipped. The space is bright and comfortable to live in. Easy parking directly on site, a real plus for traveling with peace of mind. The geographical location is ideal to fully enjoy the pleasures of Lake Der, with all the activities and beautiful landscapes just minutes away.

Beautiful accommodation, exactly as described. High-quality materials and amenities. Very quiet location, but Troyes can be reached quickly and easily. Nearest supermarket from the property 14 minutes by car. The pool is of course the absolute highlight: warm, clean and absolutely stylish. That was the best thing for everyone on vacation! Thank you to our hosts and are now dreaming of such a life in France on our way home.

Very nice stay, comfortable house and the lake in front of the house, restaurants and activities 5 minutes' walk. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The host Mélanie is very friendly and attentive and always available. We would recommend it, with a very big yes.

A very nice circus wagon in an amazing landscape. An absolute dream for bird lovers. The circus wagon is very cozy and functionally furnished. Chantal is very nice and accompanied us well. The highlight was the sauna, which you can rent. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to Chantal for the hospitality.

Very good stay in Giffaumont-Champaubert! The apartment is friendly, well-equipped and located in a quiet environment, perfect for resting after a day at Lake Der. Perfectly located house, we came to visit Nigloland Park which is a 15-minute drive away. We were also able to enjoy a walk to the nautical base which is a 5-minute drive away. The place is as described, with 8 of us we weren't cramped. The house was very clean, access was very simple, space to park and the environment very quiet. Laurence is responsive to the message, thank you.
