The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. St. Marks and Rialto are 15 minutes away. The bathroom is outside the room but its use is exclusive for this room. Double bed. For 2 single beds the request has to be done within 10:00 a.m on the arrival date
