For lovers of atmospheric places. A clean, spacious and bright studio apartment in a historic Art Nouveau building of a former consulate, with high ceilings and a view of the city square and the town hall tower, on the third (last!) floor, but there is an elevator! Great location, in the heart of the city, 8 minutes walk to the old town, 4 minutes to the AURA shopping center and the main bus and tram stop from where you can get absolutely everywhere (for example, over our beloved City Beach - in 15 minutes)

Next to the housing estate is Łynostrada, a beautiful bike route stretching for kilometers along the Łyna River. In a few minutes, we can reach the charming lake of Długi from the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped kitchen, iron, TV with smart tv. Free parking in front of the entrance to the estate. Parking is limited.

The property is exactly the same as in the photos, it is in a great neighborhood, close to everything, and at the same time off the beaten path. A great option for people who don't want to waste time commuting to the center. A big plus is the balcony, from which you can admire the nice view of the park and the old town. Quick and pleasant contact, easy check-in/check-out option. Recommended! :)

I definitely recommend Mr. Grzegorz's place. The cottage met all our expectations, the photos cannot reflect the beauty of the place, the cottage, the garden and the surroundings. The instructions were clear, the host was communicative and available whenever we had additional questions. We will definitely return to Sask Maly in the future!
