The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, then you are in the right place with us in the countryside. You live on the first floor, you can cater for yourself. The apartment can be rented in combination with another room for 2 people (ask me about this so that I can unlock it). The property is located on a farm. Cats and chickens live on the farm. The area invites you to hike, cycle and drink wine. Within 10 km you can explore a variety of sights.

We offer a cosy holiday flat (54 m²) for 4 people on the 1st floor. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, SodaStream, crockery and dining table. The living room is equipped with sofa bed, TV with Alexa function and free Netflix access. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is equipped with bathtub with shower wall, hairdryer & towel heating.

VILLA, WINE and GARDEN

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. You are just as welcome there as in our guest apartment. We will gladly give you advice and tips about our city over a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The Löftchen is located - directly adjacent to the city center - in the former publishing house in the historic Graphic Quarter. Within walking distance: the architecturally impressive old town, Gewandhaus, opera house and St. Thomas Church... Shopping, restaurants & stops right on site. The city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5% of the total cost and must also be paid in cash by the guest during the stay.
