Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Nestled in the hills of Ferguson Valley with an abundance of spring water, and views of a 6 acre dam. Located only 2 hours from Perth, 5 minutes from Gnomesville and 15 minutes from Wellington Dam with the giant mural and Honeymoon Pool. Only about 10 minutes from the bike trails, there is plenty to do with several wineries and breweries in the area also. Bunbury, Donnybrook and Collie are all within 30 minutes away.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Beautifully hidden away cabin situated approximately 5 kms north of Harvey. Relax and hide away in our self-contained cabin in front of the log fire or sit on the decked balcony with a refreshing drink in hand and watch the variety of wild birds and sheep that roam the 90 tranquil acres. The cabin is out of sight so nothing can disturb you except for the sound of the nature. Please note -there is no oven, no wifi. Adults only and no pets.
