Our house is located on the island of Solta, in the bay of Split. Overlooking the small village of Maslinica, you will have a splendid view of the Adriatic Sea. A 5-minute walk from the beach, it is the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends. Rates shown are for the main house (4 bedrooms) without the studios located on the garden level. Beyond 8 people we make the studio(s) available (bedrooms 5 and 6 in the description of the bedrooms). A large garden and a beautiful 5x8 swimming pool (access protected by a fence) will allow you to fully enjoy the place. A new space was set up in summer 2024 at the back of the house with an outdoor seating area and a new barbecue. The house has a high-performance Wi-Fi network via Starlink. Located on the heights of the village, the house is only 350 meters from the beach and the shops and restaurants of the village while remaining quiet and enjoying the sea breezes for cool nights. Solta Island is 35 minutes from the port of Split. Split Airport is well connected by regular and low-cost airlines. A guide with all the useful information and contacts is available to guests.

This spacious 125 m² apartment offers comfort and privacy across three separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Guests can enjoy both a 6 m² balcony and a 20 m² terrace, ideal for relaxing with the sea view. The standout feature is the shared biomagnesium heated pool with a panoramic view, used exclusively by just two apartments. Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.
