Villa vacation rentals in Dongnam-gu

Out of my all stays in Seoul this one was best and memorable one. No discomfort and such a helpful family. Diana is really a Super-host. Anyone checking the listing and reviews shall book it without giving a second thought. Its my honest review

한국에 가면 항상 이용하고 있어요. 편하고 너무 친절하셔서 기분 좋은 곳입니다.

Die Unterkunft war total sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet, das Bett sehr gemütlich. Es ist ruhig, wir haben richtig gut geschlafen. Das WLAN super schnell. Und es gibt einen kleinen Außenbereich, wo man seinen Kaffee in der Sonne genießen kann. Joe spricht richtig gutes Englisch, ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Er hat die Heizung und Licht vor unserer Ankunft angemacht, so dass es schön warm war als wir ankamen. Am ersten Morgen kam er mit seinem super süßen Hund zu unserer Unterkunft um uns zu begrüßen und uns ein paar Tipps zu geben. Außerdem ist er sehr gut erreichbar und hilft bei Fragen. Die Lage ist klasse, es gibt super coole Cafés und Restaurants, die man einfach zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sowie einen Supermarkt und einige Convienence Stores. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, vom Flughafen fährt ein Bus direkt. Zu allen berühmten Sightseeing-Spots haben wir nicht mehr als 30 Minuten mit dem Bus oder der Metro gebraucht.

럭스리움은 단순한 숙소가 아닌, 서울에서의 삶을 아름답게 스쳐지나가게 해주는 특별한 공간이었습니다. 숙소 문을 열고 들어서는 순간, 부드러운 침구와 햇살 가득한 거실이 저를 포근히 감싸주었어요. 인테리어는 감각적이면서도 따뜻했고, 작은 소품 하나하나에도 세심한 배려가 느껴져, 단순히 머무는 곳이 아니라 ‘머물고 싶은 집’이라는 생각이 들었습니다. 위치 또한 정말 완벽했습니다. 숙소 바로 옆에 편의점이 있어 필요한 물건이나 간단한 간식이 필요할 때 언제든 편하게 이용할 수 있었어요. 또한, 걸어서 갈 수 있는 망원시장에서는 신선한 과일과 맛있는 길거리 음식을 만날 수 있었고, 골목골목 살아있는 서울의 정취를 온몸으로 느낄 수 있었습니다. 조금 더 걸으면 펼쳐지는 한강공원에서는 강바람을 맞으며 산책하고, 여유롭게 노을을 바라보며 피크닉을 즐기는 행복한 시간도 누릴 수 있었어요. 특히 인상 깊었던 건 호스트님의 따뜻한 친절함과 빠른 응대였습니다. 질문이나 요청이 있을 때마다 친근하고 빠르게 응대해 주셔서, 작은 불편함조차 느낄 틈이 없었어요. 처음 서울을 방문하는 여행자 입장에서, 이렇게 세심하게 배려받는다는 건 정말 큰 안심이었습니다. 편안함과 멋짐, 뛰어난 위치, 생활의 편리함, 그리고 따뜻한 환대까지 모두 갖춘 럭스리움. 서울에서 머물 곳을 찾는다면, 저는 주저 없이 다시 이곳을 선택할 거예요.

We had a decently sized party and this listing was perfect for it! The location is great, the room is spacious and well-equipped, the rooftop is very nice, and the host is responsive and friendly!

7명의 친구들과 잘 머물다 갑니다. 다음 모임에도 다시 이용하겠습니다

조카 태어나고 첫 가족여행이었는데 다음에 또 오고 싶네요. 바베큐 하면서 계곡에서 물소리 나는 것도 넘 좋았구요. 그리고 집이 엄청 깨끗해서 엄마가 엄청 좋아하셨어요.

방학 마지막 주에 아이들과 좋은 시간 보내고싶어 급하게 예약하고 방문했습니다. 성철님의 숙소는 기대 이상으로 평온하고 힐링하기 더할나위 없었습니다. 네가족이 모여 정말 행복한 시간을 보냈고, 방도 넉넉해서 불편함 없이 지내다 갑니다. 아이들끼리 자연에서 자유로이 뛰어놀며 꺄르륵 웃는 모습을 보니 저절로 힐링되는 시간이었습니다.

서울 근교에 이런 비밀의 공간이 있었다는 걸 몰랐네요. 내부 인테리어는 물론 아이들을 위한 수영장과 놀이터가 온가족 힐링 공간 이었습니다. 동절기 이용 못하는 시설에 아쉬움을 뒤로하고 다음 방문을 기약해 봅니다.

We much enjoyed our stay in a refined and very confortable house with any equipment that you may wish. Our host was extremely reactive and a great help for any concern. We much appreciated his flexibility and kindness for the early arrival. Also the neighborhood is charming, it is like a village, and close to an amazing park. We truly recommend this Korean experience

Allowed us to check-in early so we could start skiing in the morning. Very prompt with questions and responses. Definitely recommend

The apartment lies in Itaewon. It is to recommend getting off the Yongan elementary school bus station - around 10 minutes walk to the apartment. With all bus lines you get easily to the city center. The Noksapyeong station Line 6 is the closest metro station to the apartment - around 15 - 20 minutes by walk. Be aware that you have to walk up to get to the apartment and it can get a little bit steep since the area is hilly. The room and the bathroom was fine and clean. The host was hospitable. The apartment is to recommend.
