부산대지하철역에서 도보3분거리의 원룸입니다. 조용한 주택가의 거리에 위치해 있으며 주위에 다이소,맥도날드,편의점,까페 등이 있어 생활하기에 정말 편리합니다. 방은 작은편이지만 혼자서 사용하기에 적당하며 아기자기하고 아늑하게 꾸며져 있습니다. 머물러 보시면 만족하실수 있을것입니다. Our house is a 3 minute walk from Pusan National University subway station. The room is small for one person but really cozy and convenient. It is convenient to have marts, restaurants,cafes and shops around the house. I respect the privacy of the guest and can help if necessary. Come to my house and make good memories.

Also you can use the laundries that are in the yard of the house and this house is near the subway station that is Yeonsan station.
