The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Here are lots of animals - cows, pigs, goats (on pasture a bit away right now), chicken, dog and cats. Nice sorroundings with walking trails like Skåneleden and lakes near by (the nearest lake is 5 km away). Lots of parkingspace on the ground. Its 2 km to the village with convenience store and gas station and train.

Charming little cottage that is newly renovated to a high standard. 1200 meters from the train station and 300 meters from green area with exercise loop. The bedroom has A/C, a 140 cm bed, TV and WiFi. Fully-equipped kitchen with induction, microwave, oven and floor heating. Right on the outskirts of Immelns community is this small annex for rent. It is secluded by the beech forest with patio door facing the lawn with evening sun, barbecue and patio. The annex is adjacent to the host couple's property. Access to shared jetty. Hiking and running trails as well as a lovely lake for swimming, bathing and paddling.

In the cottage there are two bedrooms with two beds, as well as a sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft, there is a 180 bed that can be made into two 90.90 beds, and in the two bedrooms, a double bed. In the combined kitchen and living room, there is a fireplace, wood is not included. Cleaning is not included! Fiber Internet connection.
