Located 5 minutes from Motunau Seaside village, & 10 minutes from Greta Valley Pub & Cafe, Scargill Golf Club & Wedding Venue. This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Situated on a hilltop with magnificent all-round views of North Canterbury farmland, Gore Bay and the distant Kaikoura ranges, this new self-contained house resides on a small scale organic vegetable farm. This characterful and supremely comfortable abode is double-glazed with a plush 3-seater lounge for taking in the views. There is a cook's kitchen, wood burner, stylish bathroom and outside seating on the deck to check out the speccy evening sunsets. It has wifi and all linen provided.
