Fernando and his wife are exceptional people, very considerate and communicative, friendly people. the place is exactly as the photos show, no luxury, but with everything you need for everyday life. just let the host Fernando know, who promptly answers us.

When I found the property, I was very excited because it “sold” me exactly what I was looking for. A hut, swimming pool, bathtub (the skateboarding track I didn't seek but won me). What I could not imagine, is that this space has given me much more than advertised. Every moment, from breakfast to sunset, were watered with gratitude and enthusiasm. The space is so magical, that it gave me attractions and experiences, both in sunny and rainy days. Tu has a balcony for your coffee or chimas, a swimming pool facing the countryside, with periods of shade and sun. Tu finds peace by relaxing in the bathtub at any time. Barbecue front to the lake, with an hourly deck. The mezzanine with a giant tv and comfortable sofa serve both to relax and sleep. The skateau was a moment of nostalgia. And all this becomes more welcoming with the human and proactive service of Riana. I discovered my favorite piece on earth, I hope to be back soon!

The house is great, very well equipped, a 10-minute drive to downtown Torres. As the weather was mild, the temperature in the house was great and we had no problems with mosquitoes or any type of insects. The pool is great, clean (although it is close to plants, so it tends to have leaves) and the games available in the house are a lot of fun. The dishes, furniture and utensils are in great condition and fully functional.

The house is beautiful, good location, everything was impeccable!! We will definitely be back!!

We were among 13 people and we love staying in this residential! The house is the same in the photos! It had all the utensils announced! Very close to the sea and guitar lagoon! Donos always very kind and responded very quickly to what was questioned! Each is extremely clean! Swimming pool always being cared for by the owners! We enjoy the days at the house a lot and we will return at another opportunity!
