민박 등록 숙소이며 개스경보기 설치되어 있습니다. 하동읍에서 화개장터(최참판댁과 매암제다원) 방향으로 가는 중간 지점에 있으며 왕복4차도로에서 인접한 곳이라 접근성이 좋습니다. 2층만 전체(방2, 거실/주방, 테라스 등)을 사용하며, 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어 편리합니다. 1, 2층 숙소는 거의 상호 독립적입니다만, 1층 손님 없이 2층에 있는 숙소에서 독채로 사용하실 수 있도록 하겠습니다. 호스팅을 시작하면서 가장 신경 쓰고 있는 부분이 청결 상태입니다. 호텔 보다 좋은 시설은 아니지만 그에 못지 않게 방과 화장실, 욕실을 깨끗이 청소 및 정리하고 있습니다. 내 집 처럼 편안하게 쉬어갈 수 있었으면 하면 바램입니다. 전원주택이라 방역을 열심히 하고 있습니다만 100% 막기는 쉽지 않습니다. 죄송하지만 벌레로 인한 환불 불가하니 참고하시기 바랍니다. 침구는 인원에 맞게(2인은 퀸침대, 성인 3인부터 싱글 침구) 제공하며, 예약 인원 외 출입은 퇴실될 수 있습니다. 감사합니다.

펜시니아는 은빛물결이 반짝이는 바다와 독일마을의 아름다운 풍경이 한 눈에 보이는 곳입니다. 아침에는 일출을 가까이서 볼 수 있고 보름달이 뜨는 밤엔 바다 위에 비치는 달빛이 낮보다 더 아름답습니다. 걸어서 10분이면 독일마을에 도착하는데 아래로 옛마을과 어부림 숲이 잘 어울어져 멋있습니다. 시간 되시면 좁은 돌담길따라 숲까지 느긋하게 걸어보시면 좋겠어요. 남해는 특별히 큰 규모의 관광지는 없어도 크고 작은 해수욕장과 드라이브하다 만난 바닷가 마을과 자연에서 기대하지 않은 매력을 느낄 수 있는 곳인 것 같아요. 섬을 둘러싼 해안도로는 동서남북 방향 따라 조금씩 다른 느낌을 줍니다. 창선대교 지나 왼쪽 해안도로에서는 노을을 볼 수도 있구요. 미조와 송정을 지나 상주해수욕장 가는 길은 남해에서 가장 아름다운 것 같습니다. 앵강다숲과 미국마을은 조용하고 이국적인 느낌을 줍니다. 그리고 고사리밭길, 말발굽길 등 한적한 남해바래길을 찾아 한번 쯤 걸어보시길 추천합니다.

주변에 맑은 물이 흐르고 있는 계곡과 근접해 있으며 여름 피서지로 유명한 대포숲에서 도보로 5분거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 주변 관광지로는 성철스님 생가.대포숲.대원사.내원사.중산리계곡등 여러가지 볼거리가 많습니다. 황토방/나무방을 넓은방을 포함한 시설과 넓은 마당을 편하게 이용할수 있습니다. 펜션뿐만 아니라 동창회 같은모임 장소로 활용 하기에도 좋습니다. 더운 여름에는 마당에 수영장을 설치하여 더욱 편하고 시원하게 즐기다가실 수있으며 대형냉장고도 설치되어 있습니다. 텐트나 돗자리만 가져오신다면 많은 인원도 수용할수 있습니다. BBQ그릴 이용시 별도의 추가금은 없으며 숯만 준비해오시면 감사하겠습니다. 3인 이하이실땐 황토방과 나무방중하나만 내어드립니다. (넓어서 청소하기가 힘들답니다 ㅠ) 독채로 내어드리니 불편한점은 없을거에요^^ 방이 엄청넓어요~

남해 펜션이 많아서 고민하다가 방문했고 2층 묶었는게 일몰도 바로 볼 수 있고 뷰가 좋았습니다 :) 무엇보다 호스트님이 안내부터 근처 관광까지 상세하게 안내해주셔서 너무 좋았어요 이불도 푹신하고 퀄리티도 좋았고 조식으로 이렇게 풍성하게 제공해주는 곳은 처음 봤네요 ㅎㅎ 잘지내다가 갑니다.

Nos ha encantado quedarnos en el alojamiento de Jinsoo. Han sido unos anfitriones geniales ^^ Las vistas son espectaculares, pudimos ver la puesta de sol e incluso los fuegos artificiales de Yeosu. Además, estaba muy limpio y era una zona tranquila. El desayuno también genial.

저녁이 되면 하늘엔 별들이 촘촘히 박혀있고 조금만 나가면 귀여운 강아지가 쫄래쫄래 따나와줍니다^^ 화장실은 불편한점은 없고 온수도 잘나오고 수압도 쌔게나옵니다. 늦은시간에 체크인하게 되었는데도 사장님께서 웃는얼굴로 받아주셔서 안심했습니다.

편안하게 놀고 갈 수 있었으며, 경치도 좋고, 집도 너무 좋았습니다. 나중에 돈 벌어서 이런 별장 지어보고 싶다는 생각이 들 정도 였습니다. 다음에 가족들과 함께 찾아가도 좋을 것 같다는 생각도 들었습니다. 가까운 곳에 산수유 축제도 하므로, 여기서 푹 쉬고 다음날 산수유축제 들렀다가 자가로 복귀하는 방법도 좋아보입니다. 좋은 경치, 맑은 공기 덕에 고기도 더욱 맛있게 느껴졌으며, 체력 충전, 힐링 하고 갑니다.
