Jeanne was a fantastic host and was very proactive about providing details. The setting was phenomenal and could not have asked for location or host.

We felt right at home. Charlotte was very responsive and so nice. We were at peace each day. The home was perfect especially for my cats and dogs they just loved the house and yard. The river is so beautiful and the drive into the property is stunning especially the fall is beautiful. The neighbors especially Angelina were so nice she even brought over a beautiful squash from her amazing garden. Thank you once again for allowing us and my fur family stay in your beautiful peaceful home!! If you are looking for an escape from the chaos world we live in, this is the place to go. Extremely peaceful and quiet!!!

What an incredible place. I could stand in this kitchen for the rest of my life, looking out over the elk in the fields. House was incredibly well stocked, had everything we could have needed. So helpful when the closest store is a bit of a drive. We loved it. We will definitely be back.

So glad I found this place! GREAT Hosts! Was out in Delores for a work trip with the dog. This property is private and very quiet. Great place for dogs as it has plenty of fenced in areas. Beautiful big home with awesome art displayed. These hosts are very responsive and very friendly. Told me about nearby sites to visit, while out in the area. I will definitely be looking to book here again once down in the Delores area!

Luxury Lodge nestled in San Juan Nat'l Forest

This is truly a wonderful property. We met here for a mini-family reunion and could not have been happier with our stay. The lodge itself is extremely comfortable and very nicely designed. It easily handles a large group of people thanks to ensuite bathrooms, a very large dining table, and lots of different sitting areas. Our entire family loved spending time at the property (and the fireplace made for very cozy evenings). The kitchen is also the best stocked that I've seen in an airbnb. A lot of thought has clearly gone into managing this property. The lodge has lovely views with great sunsets. The property is peaceful and feels remote (yet it is still an easy drive to/from Mancos and Mesa Verde NP). We would absolutely stay here again when visiting the area and have already recommended it to some of our friends who want to visit Mesa Verde NP.

Nice stay in Rico at a great value. Bedroom and common areas were super clean and welcoming; kitchen had everything we needed, both bathrooms were clean and shower was hot! We had the place to ourselves which was nice - very quiet and relaxing, even with the ambient noise from the bar downstairs. White noise machine was a great added touch for the room. Plenty warm with radiant heat and comfy bedding. Might have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on for an AirBnB. No issues getting into the building or unit. Communication with host was perfect. Overall a cute, modern spot that was the perfect location for my weekend snowboard trip to Telluride. Would definitely stay here again, just for the bed and a great night's sleep!
