Daniel is a very welcoming and very considerate host, always responsive and quick to respond. The house met our expectations, plus the nearby shops made our stay extremely smooth. I recommend this place! The cleanliness, the size of the rooms and the bathroom, as well as the kitchen made our stay very comfortable... not to mention the proximity of the Loudéac velodrome! We had a great time! The small house is exactly as described. It is remarkably well equipped, especially the kitchen where there is everything you need. We chose it because it was noted that it was suitable for children and babies: indeed, there are a lot of equipment (stool, umbrella bed, booster, change mat, bathtub, etc...) but also and above all a games room with blackboard, full of small cars and very nice antique wooden toys. Beach games (boules, shovels and rakes, balloons) are also available. Really nice! The little garden is very nice, even if it was still a little too cold for us to have lunch outside. There are small shops within 100 m (bakery, butcher, grocery store) and a really nice restaurant bookstore right next door. Two beautiful beaches are within walking distance (1.5 km), we enjoyed it.

There were 5 of us during this end-of-year period, with very wintry weather. The house exudes a beautiful harmony of volume, decoration, comfort that it was really a haven during these 4 days of family reunion. In addition, the excellent fiber connection delights the youth (4 young people, students and young couple) who remain devilishly connected if they wish and allows remote work too. The environment and the house itself contribute above all to "disconnection", and rest. It offers, with the magnificent Blavet and its valley 100 meters away, even more connection with nature and outdoor sports. Thank you very much to Stéphane for the care taken in every respect and for the kindness of the exchanges. I highly recommend Pont Augan and the house.

We had a great time at Alexis' villa which is warm, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, close to a beautiful beach and very nice hikes. We also had the chance to enjoy exceptional weather throughout the week! We really enjoyed this area and will most likely return. Catherine

we were hosted very well by Karine. the accommodation is very well furnished for 4. it's all there. Close to the Emerald Coast and Mont St Michel. clean accommodation. and well provided with dishes and utensils. with starter kit (for kitchen).
