Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Abi’s place is fantastic! It’s spotless, private and boasts an incredible view. We stayed for one night for a girl’s getaway. Although we didn’t spend much time outdoors due to rain the previous week, we definitely plan to return when the weather is better to enjoy the nature trail. A big shout out to Abi for being such a helpful and friendly host!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Fusion! The place looked exactly like the pictures and was the perfect weekend getaway for us. The beautiful home has great ocean views and a great backyard with a cozy fire pit with everything you need. We were only there for a night but wish we could have stayed for another! The place is also close by to the neighborhood cafes and local grocer so it was really easy to go around if we needed something. Highly recommend if you need a quick and peaceful getaway from the city and want easy access to the Royal National Park! We were so close to the Coastal Track. Maria was also really responsive to my questions and check in/out was a breeze! Thank you Maria for sharing your lovely home 😊

It had a that was needed for our big family and having the kayak and spa was added things to do on our stay. Bob(uncle) was helpful and welcoming.
