Villa 150 Meters from the Sea

Lisa Rating, 5 stars6 months ago
Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

We had a great time because the apartment is in a perfect location. It's very easy to walk to visit the sights of Rome. Francesco also gave us some great restaurant tips. He is very responsive and has always been able to help us to ensure that our stay went smoothly.

The house among olive trees

DanielaRating, 5 starstoday
It's an unforgettable experience, totally immersed in nature. All the silence and tranquility you need to get away from it all, a swimming pool overlooking the hill with stunning views. A stone barbecue for your barbecues and the company of very sweet animals. Pietro and his wife Pina are very kind hosts, available for any eventuality. We hope to return as soon as possible, thanks again for everything. 🤍

The Poolside House: new 2 bedroom apt with terrace

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

Charming Trastevere Apartment

MartinRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

"Ibiscus" house in a villa surrounded by greenery

BenedettaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The house met our expectations. Cozy, quiet and airy with a beautiful view of the sea. We went with a 7-month-old child and it was perfect for our needs, allowing us to enjoy the patio during the hottest hours and then go down to the sea in the late night. Wide availability of beaches nearby. Giorgia provided us with a cot. Host is very quick to respond to every question and need.

Seaside apartment La8

Had a very nice vacation, Micaela's place is just perfect ! Very close to the sea, private and quiet. Torvaianica is nicely connected with many local restaurants and different activities. Visit Rome, definitely! Micaela is an angel and you should be happy to meet her. She gives very good advice and knows her way around very well. Every question would be answered very quickly and she is very nice and friendly. NO MATTER what time. She was a great help to us. If we come back to Italy, we'll definitely stay with Micaela! We felt right at home here. Thanks for everything and best regards! Marius, Cristina and Louis
