It combines in itself the perfect balance between the refined interior and the traditional Mediterranean Spanish style and offers a wonderful combination of a warm atmosphere and a lot of comfort, a private and spacious yard with a wonderful garden, heated swimming pool, whirlpool hot tub and cosy barbeque area.

The kitchen features a sleek design with modern cabinetry in a dark finish and wooden accents. An oven and microwave are integrated into the cabinetry. A black countertop with a sink is also present, complemented by a subtle ambient light along the lower cabinets.

You will love my place because it is a lovely cozy villa with amaizing sea view , deep heated pool and jakuzzi,sauna,green yard,beautiful garden ,outdoor children playground,BBQ zone with furniture!There are Italian style kitchen (espresso-machine,fridge-freezer,toaster,kettles,microwave,oven/hobs ,washing machine, dishwasher est), high ceilings,super kings size beds and bedrooms,airconditions,French style windows. My place is wonderful for couples, families (with kids), groups.

It has a spacious garden, outdoor BBQ, own entrance. My place is close to great views, the city centre, and parks. It has great views, the location is safe and quiet. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). A high-chair and a baby cot are available upon request.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen. The location is literally by the sea (you to hear the waves at night :). Velizara was an exceptional host, attentive to all accommodation details and readily available to answer any questions throughout our stay! We'll go back again for sure!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.

We had a great time at the place. It was clean and perfectly described. Rumyana was very flexible and made our stay lovely. We would love to stay again! The place is also full of great amenities such as karaoke , games and a lovely garden. Thank you for the great birthday stay 😊
