Red Småland cottage, surrounded by quiet meadows and green fields. Only a stone's throw away is Astrid Lindgren's World, where fairy tales and childhood memories live on. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful nature. On the farm, we have chickens and sheep that you can meet if you want. In the nature around the cottage, we have most Swedish animal species, moose, deer, roe deer, lynx, but also the sea eagle can be seen scouting for prey on meadows and fields. If you want to fish and swim, there are two lakes within a few kilometers.

Stay at a charming little horse farm that offers a unique and scenic environment with its own garden. Located 15 minutes outside Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. Here is a newly renovated red little cottage with an annex, which together can accommodate up to six people. A short walk leads to a lake perfect for evening swimming, there is also a child-friendly swimming area with diving tower that is about five minutes away by car in Lake Juttern. Outside the junction is the Sevedeleden trail, which takes you to the Djursdalarunda.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here it is quiet and peaceful and you can enjoy fresh air, with nature close by. Within walking distance, you can reach Kalmar County's highest point with fantastic views. You live in a village cottage from the past, which has been completely in 2022. The accommodation is ideal for overnight stays, for two adults. Upstairs, the single beds are 90 x 200 cm. Extra sleeping space can be had on the sofa bed. The cottage is about 10 minutes' drive from Katthult. Electric car can be charged

Just outside Vimmerby city, you can stay in beautiful Djursdala in the large farmhouse Klocketorp. The village is a rural idyll known for its beautiful nature and is 13 km from Vimmerby. The accommodation can give you the opportunity to experience Astrid Lindgren's World and the places around it that are described in the author's books. Djursdala with its rolling hills, the hiking trail Djursdalarundan and the popular restaurant Musteriet is in itself a lovely place to enjoy. The 170 sqm house is perfect for a larger group.

As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
