We rent out our nice little cottage/lake cabin in Västervik during the summer months. The cottage is located 2 km from the city center and 50 m to the pier where you can take a morning swim. The cottage consists of large cottage with bedable corner sofa, TV and dining area, small kitchen, bedroom with 120 cm bed and a terrace under roof in southwest facing with a fantastic view of Gamlebyvik and in towards Västervik. There is a shower and toilet. The cottage is 40 sqm including terrace suitable for 2 adults and 1 child Barbecue is available. Bed linens , towels and cleaning not included

Newly renovated, central farmhouse right by the water with your own jetty. 25 sqm with 2 beds, Extra mattress available. Secluded lovely sun deck with lounge furniture and barbecue. The house has the essentials as simpler kitchen and newly renovated marble bathroom. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the city center and the way there is fantastic along the water. In the center there are many cozy cafes, restaurants and shops. You who rent the guesthouse can use the dock just outside. Please note that there is a dog on site. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Bicycles are available to borrow. Kitchenette with kokpl. Tea/coffee br. microwave, fridge, grill. Small bathroom with a shower,toilet. Sheets/towels are included, can also be rented SEK 50 (€5) per person. Payable on arrival. Final cleaning before departure by tenant. Final cleaning can also be done by the host, by agreement, SEK 100 (€9) No pets, not smoking.

Relax with your family or friends in this charming home in leafy Västralund. Located about 20 minutes walk from Västervik city center and its summery atmosphere. You will have access to private patios with barbecue barbecue and lounge furniture. Parking is easy on the street right outside. The house was completely renovated in 2019. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine. The bed is a queen size and there is a shareable sofa bed. TV with terrestrial channels as well as chromecast. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with access to the deck and plot. Close to forest, nature and the sea. To the center of Västervik it is about 2 km with beautiful walking/biking track along the sea. About 150 meters down to a sea bay with swimming and fishing possibilities. The home is fully equipped. Unwind in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house located right by the ocean, on secluded part of our garden. Lung, harmonious, and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three persons. It is nice to add a boat at our dock if you want to bring a boat. Well behaved dogs welcome, but wish they sleep in their own bed.

Newly renovated farmhouse in cozy area about a ten minute walk from the center of Västervik. The bedroom has a queen size 160 bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. Kitchen has all that is necessary for self-catering, you can sit 5 people at the kitchen table. The bathroom is spacious, with toilet, sink and shower. Upon request, there is also a bed for infants. The price includes final cleaning, bathroom towels and linens. Free parking on the street.

Perfect experience at a perfect location! We (three people) felt very comfortable at Oskar’s place, which was exactly as described. A comfortable home in a nice neighbourhood with an amazing view. We felt sorry to already leave after 6 days and would definitely come again!

Clean apartment & a good location for excursions. By car, you can quickly reach hiking trails & shopping/restaurants also take no longer than 10 minutes (by car). The view is a matter of taste, on a golf course, but we were only at home for the night anyway. Otherwise, great communication and everything you need was there.

Great fresh guest house

A cozy, tidy cabin with all the amenities you might need. However, the two mattresses in the loft became too hard to sleep on, but it was possible to stay overnight on the sofa bed. It was quite warm in the cottage, and no net protected window to have open at night, just the entrance door. The host offered bikes to borrow, which is nice as the cottage is a bit outside the city. Nice secluded garden in residential neighborhood, with outdoor furniture.

We had an all-round perfect holiday with Malin and her family and felt at home from the beginning. The house was super clean and the usable house more than sufficient. The handling of Siri, the cat of the house, was relaxed and gave our daughter a lot of joy. All in all absolutely recommended, thank you so much!

It was a bit like Airbnb used to be. We had a wonderful stay (4 nights) with warm hosts. We were greeted with warm hospitality and the house was just beautiful! The decor is designed with so much attention to detail that you immediately feel comfortable and at home. Each room exudes the cozy, Scandinavian atmosphere that we also like to find in Sweden. Especially our little grandson (2 years) had a lot of fun exploring everything. The environment was child-friendly, and he could move freely without us having to worry. The hosts were always available when we had questions or needed help, and yet they gave us our space. Thanks for the interesting conversations. We highly recommend this fantastic house. Thank you very much.

Large and nice home. Cozy patio in the back yard. Toys that were appreciated by the kids and also small playground just outside. Close to beach and close to Västervik. Recommended!
