Excellent old-style accommodation, for individuals, couples or family to discover the Västervik archipelago and swimming areas. Fully equipped kitchen (single standard), flat spring stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and Wi-Fi. Excellent also for those who need short term accommodation for work. 5 walk to the city center. 5 min car to 5 star Lysingsbadets resort. 45 min to Vimmerby/Astrid Lindgren's World. Leave the house clean, in good condition, please. For cigarette smells, an additional fee of 5000kr is charged.

Simple cabin right on the water

Cozy cottage right on the waterfront. With electricity but no running water. Simple kitchen with equipment for a family. Cooking is done on a bench stove or grill outside. Bedroom with 3 beds and sofa bed in the all room. Duvets and pillows are available, own bedding is included. Outhouse right next to the cabin. Boat is available to borrow. Fishing licenses are purchased at the nearest grocery store. Municipal swimming area only 200 meters from the cabin. Only 5 km to the nearest grocery store and 20 km to Vimmerby.

Comfortable house with everything you need. There is sleeping space for up to eight people, two showers and a fully equipped kitchen - it's just a vacation! You can have dinner on the glass veranda with an outdoor feel or on the large terrace with barbecue. The large garden invites you to a football game with the whole family. Of course, you have parking space for several cars. The beach and the village with restaurants and shops are within 10 minutes' reach by bicycle.

There were three of us for 1 week (2 adults+ 1 child 10 years) stayed with Birgitta. A fantastic place to relax and feel good right on the lake. We had a canoe that we could use, 2 hammocks, a large trampoline and a grill. Birgitta lives with her family and 3 cute cats right next door and was always very nice and helpful when we had questions. The nearest place where we could shop is Atvidaberg, about 15 minutes away. We can 100% recommend the place and Birgitta as a host. Thank you very much for the great week, dear Birgitta 😀 Best regards, Kerstin, Achim and Kim

Scenic near Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world

The house is the ideal starting point, especially for children and lovers of the classic Småland idyll. The furnishings are also original as 100 years ago, but offers current standards. Accessible with ramp at the entrance, if registered in advance. The living room is unfortunately on the upper floor, only accessible via a steep staircase, but since there is a large kitchen and Wi-Fi we did not miss much. The lake is about 2 km away. Hilly, so for fit cyclists or e-bikes. Wheelchair users should also be electrified. Ideally suited for dogs. Impressive nature in the immediate vicinity, including a nearby national park. Astrid Lindgren Park, Katthult-Hof, Elk Safari Park and much more are easily accessible, but away from any mass tourism. Plenty of relaxing tranquility and complete freedom for children, dogs… And not unimportant: very friendly landlords who are happy to accommodate special requests. IMPORTANT: the address is better entered for the navigation system as follows: Ulfsgården 145 / 598 92 Vimmerby

We celebrated Christmas and New Year's Eve in this accommodation. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa in the middle of nature. There is a lake behind the house and in front of the house you can walk directly into the forest. Perfect! Big plus was that we were allowed to bring our dogs. They also had a wonderful vacation! The house is spacious and comfortable. Ingatorp is a quiet and idyllic place. Nearby, there is a lot to do and see. Everything was in the house and there are two bathrooms. In summary, wonderful house!

The stay was great. We were very warmly welcomed, everything was shown and 1-2 things were explained and it was very nice to talk to Annsofi and her family. If you had a concern or question, you could always reach out to the hosts and they would help you. The house is very lovingly decorated and everything was super clean. We felt super comfortable right away. The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. Nevertheless, you can reach Vimmerby, for example, within half an hour. The nearby moose park was also very nice. The stay was really all around successful.

Farm cottage with amazing surroundings

We loved everything about this place, and we really hope to come back! The landscape and the animals are beautiful. Our kids got to feed the goats and the chickens every morning and they really enjoyed it. When we woke up in the morning, the peacocks were on our terrace :) we also went fishing in the boat and caught 3 fish in the lake. Thank you for a wonderful time

Our vacation at Villa Kunterbunt was just wonderful! The kids especially loved the trampoline, the tree house and the climbing wall! We felt very comfortable there. The house offers plenty of space and the garden is full of treasures and fantastically beautiful. The house is very comfortably furnished with a lot of charm. Malin and Henrik are absolutely warm hosts!!!!
