Fer and Luís are great hosts and I felt very comfortable! Luís is extremely respectful and both are very intelligent and culturally engaged to talk! Whenever I need to, I'll be back! The three flights of stairs caught me with my pants down because I had a biopsy and didn't know about the stairs, Luís and Fer helped me with the stairs when I arrived and she was very attentive helping me because I couldn't carry weight or make an effort. It's a cozy atmosphere and if you don't like cats don't even think about going because the house belongs to Nonô and Rosa who stayed with me all the time because I love animals - I wanted to bring them with me in my luggage but Fer wouldn't let me! Nonô accompanied me until the farewell at the door... You'll feel right at home! I really like a house that has life, that seems like people live in it and that is not static (impeccable all the time), so I really liked it! The only thing that bothered me was the cigarette because I quit smoking five months ago and it made me want one. And more, a thousand^1000! Thanks from the heart!

Simply great! My stay was wonderful from start to finish. The place was super clean, organized and exactly as pictured. I was well received and the host was extremely attentive. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The building is new, modern, perfect apartment for me and my dog. I would definitely come back and recommend it!

We were greeted by one of the residents of the Republic, he gave us a Wi-Fi password and made us feel free to use the common spaces of the house (kitchen, laundry). The room is spacious and the bathroom private, all clean and tidy. The other residents were super kind and polite! Excellent location near bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stop. We would like to thank D. Ana and the residents of the Republic for the welcome!

The house is even more beautiful in person, a quiet and comfortable environment. Great to escape the chaos of the city. Very well structured, with various kitchen utensils if you need cleaning. Very cozy rooms. Super clean and smelling bed linens. Helaine super receptive from start to finish, very polite and helpful at all times.

The stay was great, the villa is very cozy, very quiet place and easy access to local commerce. The accommodations are excellent and the hosts Márcio and his father are very attentive and helpful. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

We negotiated the addition of one more night's stay. Roberto and his wife welcomed us very well, explained everything and made themselves available at all times. At check-out, I let them know the time and they met us to receive the keys. The place matches the photos, is large and the accommodations are comfortable. The 4 en-suites located in the upper part have a beautiful view, are spacious and all equipped with a double and single box bed. In the main house, there is 1 en-suite with a double and single bed, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, 1 social bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The gourmet area is huge with a barbecue, large table, wood stove, horizontal freezer, industrial stove. The pool is large and was clean, it has 2 small wells with fish for sport fishing, it has a direct access gate to the dam. I'll show you the place and we'll be back
