Come and enjoy unique moments with family and friends in this quiet accommodation, the house has ample space with a barbecue top gourmet area, 300mbps Wi-Fi network. There are two bedrooms, one with a suite and a double bed, and the other bedroom has a bunk bed and a double bed, a living room with a 50" Smart TV with Netflix, a home theater, sound system and air conditioning. Eco-friendly and rustic chalet with fireplace and fire pit

Charming, rustic and ecological cottage (bio-construction with earth walls). The cottage is located in a green and quiet area, inside a secure farm (with an electronic gate), with access by a dirt road (500 m). The place is perfect for connecting with nature, detoxing from screens (we don't have TV or Wi-Fi), sunbathing, walking, making a bonfire in the late afternoon and enjoying a fireplace. Ideal space for couples with up to two children. Location very close to the center of Serra Negra (3 km).

Charming and full of personality suite, a unique and traditional Italian villa. Located right in the center of Serra Negra in front of the Mother Church, 300 meters from the Fontana di Trevi, walking distance to the central square, main bars and restaurants, next to a 24-hour parking lot. Opened in December 2023, Rancho Mirante da Serra brings together comfort, nature and sophistication in a privileged location, about 6 km from the city center. Hydromassage with chromotherapy, a solar-heated swimming pool and a fire pit are some of the winter attractions! The heated pool depends on weather conditions and the use of the thermal cover, making it pleasant for swimming. Our space is perched on a mountain top, overlooking nature.

The house is for the exclusive use of the renter; no one will enter the house during the stay.
