Hi , We are renting out a furnished house, integrated into the courtyard of our farmhouse, which we have renovated ourselves. This accommodation is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the beaches of the bay of Brest, on the edge of the Armorica Regional Natural Park, but also at the gates of the Crozon peninsula and the Monts d'Arrée. We are 20-30 minutes from the entrance to the neighboring towns: Landerneau (20 minutes) – Brest (23 minutes) – Châteaulin (25 minutes) and 30 minutes from the first beaches of the peninsula.

3-star furnished tourist accommodation - Fully renovated old stone press with private garden, ideally located in the Armorique Regional Park on the edge of the Cranou forest (partly classified as NATURA 2000) and close to the Monts d'Arrée. Our spacious loft offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay in Brittany. With a large living room combining living room, dining room and kitchen. The loft has three bedrooms, offering flexible accommodation for various traveler configurations. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while a third bedroom offers two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, the adjoining laundry room includes a washing machine. Located in the heart of Landerneau.

Small Mill – Moulin de Rossiou and its pool

Le Petit Moulin is a symbolic place in the hamlet of Rossiou. This is where, for centuries, thanks to the power of water, wheat was ground by successive generations of millers. Even today, some village elders remember bringing their bag of wheat there. Completely rebuilt in the 1970s, it has retained the charm of old stones, arched doors and thick slates. Through a glass paving, you can see the flow of water under the mill.

The Ria Refuge

LE REFUGE DE LA RIA is a quiet family cottage of 200 m2. With its large sunny living room and sea views, you will enjoy an ideal setting to rest with your loved ones. The sailing club and coastal trail, within walking distance of the house, will introduce you to the idyllic setting of the south of the Brest harbor. Come and enjoy one of the few places near the sea where the population density is low.

Mon logement est proche de la mer, à la campagne, centré par rapport aux principaux sites touristiques du Finistère. Vous apprécierez l'emplacement, le calme, et le confort. Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

La Petite Bélérit is a 90 m² townhouse, located in the heart of Landerneau. We completely renovated it in 2021. Everything is within walking distance!
