I had the pleasure of being one of the first guests at this brand-new listing, and it was a great experience overall. The house is very large, clean, and tastefully furnished. Location is great with walking distance to a BTS station, making it a perfect base to explore Bangkok from. The host Luca is very responsive and was eager to assist with any questions I had about the area, as well as giving some great recommendations for local restaurants and nightlife spots to check out in Bangkok. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for top notch Bangkok experience!

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

Annie and Jira were absolutely incredibke hosts and we felt so welcome, at home and incredibly happy during our wonderful stay in Maison Chan. Everything was perfect and we really loved the area and the home itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated as well as being perfect and comfortable for all our needs. Great place! Quiet and safe neighbourhood, near to 7-11 and Ekkamai Station, worth the price! Only slight downside was the bottom room bed was squeezy and it can get noisy even with slight move. Other than that no complains !

The place is good large and close to Shopping mall around the restaurant and private. The room is clean. Host is quickly responding and kindness. I will be come back again.

This was the perfect house for my group of friends (8) during our annual international holiday. The house matched the description and felt like home. The location is a 3 min walk from The Big C supermarket and 15 min walk to the mall. The group was very responsive when we reached out for information and/or concerns. They were nice enough to not only offer us an early check-in but also a late checkout. If we are ever back in Bangkok we hope this beautiful home is available for our stay.

We had a great stay at this house. It is new, very clean, and quite spacious, perfect for our family of six. It truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Ern was so helpful and responsive to my messages. The apartment is beautiful and absolutely huge compared to what I expected! Perfect walking distance to the train, shops and food. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again if I was back in Bangkok!

We really enjoy to stay Albert's place. Very spacious, the kitchen is functional were we can cook our breakfast. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, bed are comfortable to sleep. Whenever my family and I are in Thailand we would stay at Vina's place. It is in a very nice location. There's a weekday market downstairs with fresh food and fruits among other things. It is very near the metro, and very easy to get grab taxi. Many nice eating places around. It is also near a 711 and mc Donald's. The staff in the building are all very polite and helpful. They give off a feeling of welcome everytime we pass by. The unit itself is very comfortable, spacious and it has everything one could possibly need. Thank you to my hosts for hosting us again. Till our next Thailand trip.

Tom is an exceptional host! The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared. My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.
