At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view. The property is guarded by Boto, a loyal dog on duty.

If you travel to Kutaisi to visit city sighting, this is the best location for you. It's 2 minutes walk from Colchis Fountain,1 minute walk from Tetri Bridge,3 minutes walk from Green Bazar.Literally under the flat, there are restaurants, pharmacies, beauticians and much more. On request it is possible to have a transfer from the airport to the accommodation and vice versa.

This is a very nice house that has everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a full supply of dishes, fresh bed linen, towels, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and reliable wi-fi. With several sleeping places, it’s quite spacious. it stays pleasantly cool inside, offering a wonderful escape when it's hot outside. The center of town is a convenient and easy 15-minute walk away. Above all, the hostess is exceptionally friendly and warm, making the entire experience even better.

Neatly arranged towels lie on a bed, with a window's view providing a glimpse of tall trees outside. Soft natural light fills the room, enhancing the welcoming ambiance while the heating radiator is positioned along the wall.

Parking is a little bit sketchy, especially if you have a low car. You should probably hire a 4x4 if you want to stay at this place. Also, be warned that there might be wasps or stinkbugs. The upper window should be left closed (at least at night). The view was beautiful, the host was friendly and responsive to messages. In general I would stay here again if I was in the area.

One of the highlights of our stay was Irina’s cooking. Every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. She even took the time to make sure our little one had something she enjoyed, which we really appreciated. The setting of the property is peaceful and serene, a perfect escape from the city. We loved the quiet atmosphere, which gave us a chance to slow down and really enjoy time together as a family. The house is equipped with all the necessary equipment.
