Absolutely beautiful place, even better than on the photos, spotless and bright . Location is great just in front of the transport station. Great communication, response in almost seconds. If I will come to Brussel again I will definitely stay here again . Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Karim. L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des attractions touristiques. Situé non loin de la Place Royale et en même temps à l'abri du Brouhaha, nous avions plaisir à nous poser le soir loin du bruit après nos escapades quotidiennes. L'appartement est fidèle à la description faite sur la plate-forme de location, il est propre et agréable à vivre. L'arrivée autonome permet de se sentir très vite à l'aise. Karim est un hôte très aimable, le dialogue est facile et agréable. Il est disponible pour répondre quand on le sollicite. Je recommande vivement cet hôte pour vos séjours à Bruxelles.

The property was easy to find and check into. Location was perfect, quiet with lots of coffee shops right outside and restaurant/shops at a short walking distance. The flat was clean, sofa bed made up for us and spacious enough for 4 people. We didn’t really use the kitchen but everything was provided if we were to cook a meal. We requested a full length mirror which was provided, thank you. Definitely recommend for a stay in Brussels.

tout d'abord un très très grand merci à Husseini qui a accepté de nous héberger au pied levé suite à l'annulation de dernière minute de notre réservation initiale. Husseini a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous puissions être logé dans de bonnes conditions. le logement est idéalement placé permettant de garer la voiture et faire le séjour à pied ou en transport en commun ( le stationnement dans Bruxelles est assez compliqué ainsi que la circulation). Au niveau de l'équipement, quelques manques que Husseini à combler quand il le pouvait. il prévoit des changements afin de moderniser les équipements qui datent un peu. mais tout ça n'est rien comparé à la gentillesse et toute l'attention que notre hôte a mis pour nous accueillir. mention spéciale à Airbnb qui a aussi pris notre problème en charge et aidé à trouver une solution adéquate.

I stayed ten very pleasant days at Anna's place. It is a typical old Brussels house (the apartment is on the first floor), but the apartment is modernly renovated and very comfortable (the pictures show very well how it actually is). The street is super-calm during the night, the area is a safe, largely residential quarter, but the prémetro stop to e.g. city centre and main station is just a few minutes walk away. Shops, supermarkets etc for daily needs also within walking distance. Chatelain quarter with restaurants and bars is about 15 minutes walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with quite a few thoughtful amenities in kitchen and bathroom. Check-in and check-out were very easy even though I arrived quite late in the evening (Anna welcomed me in the apartment and showed me around). She is easily reachable and responds very quickly. Totally recommendable!

We cannot speak highly enough of Sabri and Nadya. They made us so very welcome and made the stay an absolute pleasure. The location is a short taxi ride from the town centre, which for us was perfect. Once we arrived and entered the apartment we were delighted with the accommodation. Two large bedrooms, gorgeous shower room and well equipped kitchen with a dining area. The lounge was comfortable and opened up onto a fabulous balcony area. This is part covered and part open, so perfect for any weather. The woodland views are beautiful, providing a perfect and tranquil place to relax. We would certainly recommend the apartment and would stay here again. Many thanks both.
