Our house includes two separate 75 m2 units, one of which is our main residence, the other is assigned to tourist rental. On the ground floor, a 35 m2 living room, sofa bed, very bright fitted kitchen and a walk-in shower bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, bathtub, separate toilet. Linens, towels are provided, beds made. House in a very quiet environment and away from the road. Parking in the yard of the house.

(please respect this) Restaurants are just downstairs from the building. Beautiful view of the port. Naval Group is a 10-minute drive. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the lobby that monitors the comings and goings. There is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow.
