Was very inspired sitting in the garden. Even woke in the morning and sat in the. Window ledge with the window slightly open and took in the view and the sound of the water. Sitting in the garden and listening to the birds. Exploring the grounds. Even taking a cold plunge / shower in the waterfall beneath the bridge. Felt very inspired. The cottage was warm. Cosy. The only down side… we had to leave the next day. Definitely returning and I’m going to book my parents a stay there too. They would love it.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending our families and friends to stay.

Thank you for letting us stay. The house was lovely and the surrounding area was great! The hot tub added a really nice touch to the evening, and the recommendation for breakfast at Arthur’s made our last day even better.

We had a fantastic short break in Peak District and Jack's cottage was the perfect place to stay. Very quiet, peaceful spot in the lovely village of Brassington, but central if you're looking to visit Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton. The cottage was very clean, well maintained and had everything you need - including robes for when you get out of the hot tub! We didn't find parking an issue at all, with plenty of street parking just up the hill towards the Miners Arms pub. Speaking of pubs, the Miners Arms (which is the closest pub to the cottage) appeared to have closed down, but we'd highly recommend The Old Gate Inn which is a little further (3-less than 5 min walk), but has large garden, good ales and great food. Natalie and her husband are friendly, quick to respond to any queries and offered advice on local walks and places to go. Would love to stay at Jack's cottage again, perhaps in the winter with the log burner going!

a fantastic little place with plenty to do in the village or neighbouring towns, lots of lovely little touches made it feel really well thought through and not a "standard air BnB" at all - fresh coffee, different teas, dressing gowns, welcome drinks, and plenty of logs for the log fired hot tub which we took advantage of every night of our stay. Also one of the increasingly rare places with a host confident enough not to leave lots of "please do this don't do this" type notes which helped us feel like we were at home really quickly.

Lovely little place, very quiet and scenic. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home!

Our family of six (2 adults, 3 kids and 1 dog) enjoyed our long weekend at Sarah's place. The house was spotless, the kitchen well equipped and Sarah had thoughtfully left milk, delicious bread and coffee for us. Great location for exploring the lower peak district - we walked to/from Thor's Cave, enjoyed a pub lunch at the Royal Oak, cycled the Tissington trail and relished the hot tub. It was a great stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by Jane’s place. Her pictures don’t do the place justice. It was clean and so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jane was proactive and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. We had a 10/10 experience.

We recently spent two lovely nights at this beautiful secluded cottage. It was extremely clean, well appointed and cosy, with nice touches such as treats for our dog! Gemma was very welcoming despite being busy lambing, and we would love to return for another short break - highly recommended.

Fabulous little place right in the heart of Bollington, well located for local walks, pubs and restaurants!

Jessica’s home was a perfect retreat with everything we needed for a short break and an enclosed garden so we could let our dog out safely. If we needed a place to stay in this location in future we would definitely revisit.

A lovely cottage in a good location. The parking is in the field opposite (although there was a car already there seeing to the horses) so it was confusing as the sign on the gate was not visible. However the owner sorted it promptly. It is a narrow stone gateway so tight for wide cars! The cottage is very well equiped with a welcoming bunch of flowers wine and chocs - perfect! It has a secure enclosed garden which is good if you have a dog. It was an ideal venue for our family gathering in Manchester.

We had a lovely visit to Delph and Stables cottage in between Christmas and New Year. The cottage was warm and welcoming with Christmas decorations both inside and out, mince pies and wine were also a nice touch. Sally is a very friendly and helpful host.

Jack & Nicki’s place was lovely, we would definitely stay again. The property was nice and clean, the kitchen and bathroom were exceptionally clean and spacious. All Essentials were all provided, fresh flowers & an Easter egg each for the kids was a lovely touch. Easy to check in and out with clear instructions and easy to find. We have found Niki is a great host, very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question she was quick to reply with detailed information. Thank you for letting your property to us we had a lovely time.

This place is simply divine. A wonderful property perfect for hosting, or a family gathering - and one could easily spend a week or so here and barely leave. That said the location is superb and Greenfield and Uppermill offer so much, all within walking distance. This a very high end staycation option - can’t recommend it highly enough.

Mimi is a wonderful host attentive, welcoming, and always quick with helpful information. The cottage itself is fantastic, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and quiet. Rachel and David's cottage is a hidden gem in Heald Green! The location is wonderful - close to the airport, train station and village shops. It's very easy to walk from the cottage to the train and head into Manchester or to the airport. The space is peaceful and relaxing, and it opens onto a lovely garden. There are chairs and tables where guests can enjoy the garden. Rachel and David are very friendly and responsive to communication. I had some delays with my flight, and they were flexible with my departure. I would recommend this cottage to anyone traveling to the Manchester area!

The Old Barn is spacious and comfortable - just watch for some low hanging lights if you are tall! The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. The hot tub is great and the whole place is private. There is a narrow, steep track to get down to the lodges, but the roads and parking on the site itself are good.

Perfect location for a catch up with family. Cottage is well equipped and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. Kat communicated clear access instructions before our arrival and the visitor’s guide had great recommendations for walks and highlights of the local area. We had a lovely few days, hope we can come back soon!

On arrival, Jane gave us a very warm welcome, then showed us around The Curlew shepherd's hut. The hut was beautifully presented with quality fixtures and fittings, a king size bed and a good shower room. It had everything we needed for our short stay, including a welcome pack. The Curlew sits in a private garden with a spectacular view over to Kinder Scout. Jane and Alan have done a great job to create a home from home in a tiny space. We would recommend The Curlew and would happily stay again if we are in the area.

I have stayed at Sheena's cottage a few times now she has a lovely place clean and cozy close to places to visit her cottage to my thinking is in a quiet location but in a very handy location to travel,the host Sheena is a very nice lady very communicative very helpful so with the cottage and the host as I have mentioned it was a great stay

Beautiful place. I couldn’t recommend higher. I was so happy with everything. Best air BnB experience I have had. Perfect location for cyclists, couples and for amazing walks. Thank you Sara and your team for making it so special. I’ll definitely be back!

The Coach House is fantastic, with every creature comfort you could ask for. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable and with a supply of goodies that surpasses expectations. Neil & Juliette are wonderful hosts, responsive to communication and very friendly - had a lovely conversation with Juliette in the evening sunshine in the courtyard about our shared interests!! I wanted to visit properties and gardens in the area and the Coach House is ideally located, with everything within easy reach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here - thank you Neil & Juliette for making my week so enjoyable ….. the glorious weather was just the icing on the cake!!!
