This typical Burgundy stone building, completely renovated in 2024 and located in the heart of Chablis, offers absolute calm. With a surface area of 80 m2, it is spacious, warm and comfortable, and it has a charming outdoor space. This house is ideal in any season, with a pellet stove in winter and natural air conditioning in summer, both for relaxing and for visiting Chablis. All shops, restaurants, wine cellars and estates are within immediate walking distance.

You will have access to a pond 5 minutes walk away where it is possible to fish, have a picnic, play pétanque. (Fishing prohibited from early December to early March) Nearby: Charny: Intermarché. Toucy, its market and many restaurants, La Ruche Gourmande, cabaret restaurant, Le Golf du Roncemay, spa and restaurant.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
